We Love this TV. With a few adjustments, it has the best picture I have ever seen.

I bought this Samsung 55 inch TV as a Christmas present to myself:-) I love it,the picture is unbelievable UN55JS7000FXZA.

Before this TV I had a Sony, before that a Samsung and was happy with that one.. until it died. So I decided to try another Samsung... First off I'll list a few things I liked; Pros: * Optical input provides great quality for my sound system. No loss in depth to sounds, voices or music. Nice and crisp without having to adjust the volume. * The TV has lots of connection options and access to a wide array of apps. Cons: * Poor blacks and whites contrast, the blacks looked more gray. Dark scenes looked like there was a haze or some kind of filter over the screen. * There were several places on the screen where it looked like there were white "clouds" like the backlight was bleeding through. * The TV felt extremely flimsy and shoddily manufactured. I returned this TV for another one and the second one had some of the same problems plus a new one.. a couple blue dots, stuck pixels, at the lower part of the screen. Returned that one as well and exchanged it for a Sony. The Sony TV has been perfect, no problems, perfect picture. If you're thinking about getting this TV don't, just look at the Sony equivalent. Sony's TVs are the best. Best picture and lowest input lag, great for gaming and movie watching.

Clarity is great With my previous tv I had problems connecting wireless and sinking the sound, this tv connected immediately with no problems. And, I got a great deal from Best Buy.

1st TV was defective when installed out of box. 2nd tv is awesome!! Just didn't like the managers comment blaming me for breaking it when I returned it! Not good customer service!

Took a chance when this TV went on sale and wondered why, Well happy to say I have had no complaints so for and what a great pic with so much detail, Not a lot of 4K out there yet but the up-scaling from even standard DVD and Blue ray is really good. Great pic and easy to use tv I would recommend this to a friend!

Great color and perfect size , mounted on the wall.

Granted this was a big upgrade from what I have, but it has met all my expectations and very much please with it overall.

I have had the TV for 4 months and it has preformed excellent. The startup is slower than I would expect out of a TV these days, but I believe this is not atypical for TV's today.

Great picture! Colorful, beautiful, and works great. Would recommend to anyone!

Great TV after a few tweaks. Had to turn off AutoMotion Plus due to screen lag when scene changed. After the change, works great.

Great picture. Easy setup even for an old guy like me that knows almost nothing about smart t.v.'s. Hard of hearing, but the sound from this set, I can almost hear most of the stuff without my hearing aids. Do not know how they did that, but happy.

Love this TV, easy to use and hookup. picture quality is outstanding, I cannot say enough great things about this TV.

Just two weeks from the day it was purchased and all I can I say is....GREAT TV. The entire family is happy with it.

This tv is amazing. Quality is great on the apps such as YouTube. Must use with hdtv digital cable for full effect!

I upgraded from a 5 year old Samsung LED TV and this Samsung 4K TV has a great resolution and met my expectations.

My wife and I purchased this tv to replace a 46" one that we had. The colors are so vibrant and landscapes are phenomenal to view. The smart tv accessories are awesome. My wife is using the Bluetooth option for hearing while I use the external speakers which works great for us. A great purchase for us.

Having a little trouble running the TV, not the easiest for us non technology type people. The TV looks great, did have to get an up to date antenna to make it work better.
