Samsung 4k was a major upgrade for me the picture quality is excellent. Sound on tv is very good.

This tv has a great picture. Love the smart tv features just take some getting used to them. You can also hook up a cordless keyboard via the usb port.

After researching this Samsung 4K tv online, I went to compare models at the nearest Best Buy retail location. I asked my associate to show me the most comparable models across brands and closed in on the recommendation for this product. It aligned with what I wanted in newer technology, update capabilities for its onboard firmware and value at Best Buy's price point. After a month, this product looks fantastic in my living room and performs to expectations. I received excellent service and financing options through Best Buy.

The glass is not matte, and we were replacing an excellent 55" Mitsubishi. There is too much glare during the day, and the sound does not project, so I will need to invest in additional speakers.

This is the second TV like this I purchased. Bought one and liked it so much bought another for the guest room. Great TV for the price.

Clear picture! Very happy with purchase. The entertainment value of the tv greatly increased with purchase of Samsung soundbar system.

Delivery was free and set up straightforward, The picture quality is excellent. My only complaint would be that it seems to have a poor wifi unit - it has trouble connecting to my home network.

I purchased this 55 inch tv about a month ago. I've already been thru 2 of them. The first one was ok for about a week until I noticed a yellowish haze at the bottom corner of the tv. Bestbuy exchanged it and I recently got a new one exactly same tv and I hooked it up last night just to find three blue dots the size of about a dime on the screen all in one row and on top was a blue line about 3 inches long. Im very disappointed in this Samsung smart tv. I still have one I bought 8 years ago running strong and that's why I decided to go with Samsung just because I never had any issues with my older one. I dont think I'll ever purchase another Samsung tv again. Also I was kinda surprised that when I opened my box the tv came out of there was no protection on the screen but packing blanket stuff around it and Styrofoam on the top and bottom. Maybe thats the problem but I dont kno. What I do know is that I was geeked to be watching march madness on my new tv just to have to return it once wait 4 days to get another one because none were in stock just to come home hook it up see the blue dots and pack it back up and return it.I'm actually considering LG or Sony . Notice the blue dots in the picture. The picture isnt the greatest but you can at least see one of the three. Sincerely, One very disappointed customer

I did a lot of research before this purchase. I love Samsung products, and this one did not disappoint. The features are amazing.

Bought this tv for our living room and we're very pleased with the picture quality. It's much clearer and sharper than the 1080p.

I what into BEST BUY to look at the ultra 4k TV 's and I end up buying one .I love the my Samsung 55 in TV it's AWESOME......

This is one of the best TVs I've ever owned.The picture is crystal clear.I have had no problems with this TV as of 9-7-2016.

I would have to say I am not impressed with the picture quality of the SUHD TV. I think the quality of my UHD is way more crisp. Dissappointed.

This tv has a good 4k picture the colors are pretty good not great. There is also no hdr support on this model. It has plenty of bells and wistles. Im happy with my purchase

This TV has amazing colors to it and does the HDR justice. It has deep blacks with great 120hz blur reduction. Great buy
