The tv's sound quit working when it updated itself, but Samsung fixed it without me having to even leave me house.

This TV was a customer return. I don't know why they would return it, it's amazing! I'm glad they did though. I got it for 40% off! Bestbuy sold me an extended warranty as well so I did not hesitate.

Got this TV for the price. However, it is not really 120 hz. Watching sports or action movies like "Fast and Furious" brings out the drawback in this TV due to very low refresh rate. Returning this TV for better motion rate.

We had the tv for 2 months before a light hit from a toy caused picture damage. We made the mistake of carrying the tv back to Best Buy. NO warranty for Sony TV's will cover accidental damage. Although the tv looks brand new turned off, when you turn the tv on the entire screen is colored lines. If we would have known better we would have mounted the TV very high on the wall and found a clear acryclic sheet to mount in front of the tv to protect the tv. It is NOT strong enough to endure normal wear and tear from a family. The TV was astounding for those 2 months.

This is a great middle of the road smart TV at 55 inches it got good quality and many extras.

I could not be more pleased with my new 4k TV, the picture is awesome and it sounds great!

I bought this a little back and am pretty pleased with it. Only problem I have is I think Sony is a little better value for the money. Samsung seems to overprice their TV's vs. feature/benefit

at first I thought this was the one. After a week when watching movies on dark screens in tv, it looked like someone was holding a flashlight from the corners of tv . It was so bright you could not see movie. If you want this tv for just watching movies, this is ''not'' the one for you.I took it back and traded for a sony, hands down a lot better tv. This is a honest review. Good luck

I've been also seeing the yellow tint in the color of the screen when it's black. If I return it, and get a different tv brand. Would I get it at the price they had it on Black Friday?

I really wanted to love this TV. But when I got it home and tried to hook it up, none of the HDMI ports worked. After 3 hours, a firmware update, and two different attempts with Samsung support, they concluded my One Connect Mini box was dead and needed to be replaced. They said they could have the replacement shipped to me in 5-14 days? No thanks! I may be unlucky. But there's a part of me that says this One Connect Mini box is an awful design. The TV itself actually has ZERO HDMI inputs. All HDMI connections must run thru this little separate 'One Connect Mini' box, which oh-by-the-way, feels REALLY light and cheap. The connections feel cheap and do not inspire confidence. Very disappointing for what I thought was a higher end model. This TV is going back to Best Buy and I'll be picking something else.

I got this as a Christmas gift and we had to return it. It has really bad clouding and flashlighting to the point where it was unwatchable. This is also the worst tv ever for watching blu Rays and DVDs. It has no judder correction at all for 24fps. We returned this and got the Sony. Samsung has better menus and cooler remotes but the tv fails at basic tv functions where the Sony excels at being a tv but has clunky menus and cheap remotes.

Time to replace my old 50" Plasma. This TV is great, oredered online, picked up in store, picture is awesome. Very satisfied.

I bought this Tv in November 2015. It just went kaput today so I am returning for a refund. The top One Third of the screen suddenly went dark and blurry. You can still see the picture but it is very dark and is blurry. Terrible quality I paid $1100 for this tv. I have always owned Sony tvs in the past but wanted to try something new and this was on sale. My Sony's were always great and have last 8 - 10 years (HDTVS) so I should have stayed loyal. This is a huge hassle for me around the holidays.
