I have purchased numerous TVs from Best Buy. This Samsung SUHD curved 55" Television is the best I have experienced, The purchase, delivery and setup was professional.

I have been away so have not had time to learn about all the features and apps available on this TV. But I intend to do so ASAP and become as SMART as the SMART TV!!!

My boyfriend and I had a great experience at Best Buy. The service was great and so is the product. I didn't like that price matching couldn't me made with smaller companies. A match is a match regardless the company. This company had been in service for about 20 yrs.

I like this TV a lot. It gives you the colors you want without the brightness. Zero eyestrain while watching. I guess it comes from that it uses almost no power.

Had a Pioneer plasma prior to purchasing this tv and have to say Samsung has shown me how much technology has come since. I would definitely recommend this tv.

The picture is great, but the speakers are quiet. The remote also did not work upon getting it home and it took three weeks for Samsung to get me a new one

Initially our Samsung SUHDTV was a little "too smart" for us. With help from the Geek Squad and the staff at Best Buy we are using the TV to its full ability.

This is now our best TV yet, and we've had many. It's Awesome, We brought the whole package, and it was well worth it. The Sound and Clarity is to die for.

It is the top of line in technology for gaming and Internet use. Netflix opens in a second and has a great picture. Need to buy a surround sound system because the speakers are terrible. Watching tv on cable the picture is a little better then my 2008 insignia because the cable companies just don't have the hardware to get a picture better then 1080i or p to your home. The conversion to 4 k isn't very good. Like I said just a little better for watching cable. Inconclusion, Gaming systems, passport and apps will deliver the amazing picture you buy this tv for.

this is a great tv..we got the Samsung 8.1 soundbar as well..the geek guys are the only way to go on the set up..we are just learning how to use everything.have not viewed any 4k broadcast..

The clarity on all the HD channels is worth spending the extra money. I'm not truly sold on the curved experience but overall it's a great buy.

I thought the picture would be better than my previous HD Plasma TV it was not. The SHD is really good but you lose some of the picture effect if you are not sitting straight toward it.

One of the best purchases I have made. Great picture, lots of good apps. Easy to navigate, a pleasure to turn on and sit back with my wife!
