I finally decided to upgrade my TV in my master bedroom. I had purchased a Sony HD 3D TV 3 years ago and wasn't that thrilled with that TV. It was slow, picture was ok but the TV would occasionally turn off and reset itself. I would go to Best Buy over the course of a few months and look at all the new TV's and really loved the picture quality on the Samsung model. I saw that there was an older model that was less than half the price but I really wanted to go top of the line and get the newest model. I was hoping the price would go lower than the $2,400 + tax but it didn't so I decided to pull the trigger. I ordered through Best Buy and they delivered it and set it up. The guys that delivered the TV mentioned this was the state of the art TV. Wow, it's gorgeous. The picture quality is amazing. Watching Blue Ray movies in 1080 is amazing. I also watched a bit of the 4K content on Netflix and although there isn't much there the stuff they have is really amazing. Something I hated on my old Sony TV is that the audio was horrible. I was expecting to buy a sound bar for this TV but haven't needed to as the speaker quality is really good. The curved glass in our room works well. We have a large bedroom with California King bed and we face it and the quality is gorgeous. When we first got the TV YouTube was slow to load. But then I downloaded the latest updates and it's running perfect now. At first it took some time to get used to the mini remote control but now I have the hang of it. The video quality on this TV is mind blowing. Fabulous TV.

Only had TV for less than 2 months big red line going from top to bottom. Called and evidently they were aware of this problem with this TV and ordered part and takes over a week to get part and have repair done. Very upsetting for new TV. Have flat screen Samsung for years and never a problem. Had I been advised problems with curve TV never would have bought it.

Great picture great sound easy to operate I would recommend this tv

Went to install the TV and could not attach the wall mount to the TV because the plastic backing and the holes did not align so a screw could not be screwed in straight. This was such an inconvenience because the whole thing needed to be boxed up and returned. Ended up returning for an LG model.

I can not adjust the sound, the picture, nor the lighting background. People all have pothole faces in the picture. all functions are disabled.The installer showed me how to only turn on the tv. He set a password in case geek squad needed to work on it. I am disappointed in this purchase!
