Just bought this TV over the weekend and I am very happy with what I got.

This $4,000 Samsung UHDTV has a fantastic picture and good quality sound; however, it is not reliable. Mine stopped working after 18 months. Fortunately, I purchased a 5 year Geek Squad Protection Plan. It began to malfunction by taking between 3 and 8 minutes to power on. I called Geek Squad service, and the technician was able to diagnose the problems over the internet since the TV was connected to my Wi-Fi. He ordered the parts - a motherboard and one connect - and had them shipped to my home. The Geek Squad agent installed the new parts. The service plan saved me $1,652. The TV worked well for 19 days. On day 20 it would not power on. Another call to Geek Squad service! Since the TV wouldn't power on, an internet diagnosis was not possible. The technician ordered more parts and scheduled a service call in a week. The agent installed the new parts but the set still would not power on. He spoke to headquarters on the phone, and they decided that the new parts may have been defective and ordered new ones. Of course, I won't have a TV for another week! I can only hope that the new parts will resolve the problem.

I am completely satisfied with my purchase of the Samsung curved 4K ultra HD TV. The picture clarity, color, and sound are incredible. I was amazed at the 3D feature and have enjoyed it immensely. I have no regrets for having made this purchase.

Best tv around. better than anything sony awesome!

I did A LOT of reading and learning about LED TVs, compared LG, Samsung, Sony and Vizio. I decided on this TV primarily because the combination of price and features could not be beat. I'm coming from a Pioneer Elite plasma, so the only reason I gave ths 4 stars instead of 5 is because LED just can't compete with plasma. But, since plasma is pretty much no longer available, this 4K TV is one of the very best you can buy. At first I wasn't impressed until I read some expert opinions on the best settings (motion, clarity, color, contrast, etc.). After I made these adjustments to my TV I was very pleased. LED still isn't perfect when it comes to motion jitter and blur, but the customization this TV offers is even better than the new KS model of 2016. Firmware upgrade makes it HDR capable. You won't be disappointed, especially if you get it on sale like I did. If you're not in a hurry, give it another year or two before switching to LED. The improvements they will make in the next 2 years will be quite noticeable.

Recent sale which included a free tv and tv hard drive was enough to get me to spend more than I wanted to. Well worth the buy. Amazing picture!

Been wanting to see the hype of a curve TV. Would definitely recommend.

Long story short. Had 3 so far, each one had a different problem. 1st, would freeze up constantly, 2nd the screen was super fuzzy, 3rd on the screen dimmer is out of control (only super dark or super bright). It wouldn't be as bad if Samsung had some customer service, but they don't. I have been hung up on "accidently" several times. I have had no call backs 3 times, and the people don't speak English. They did finally patch me through to the executive support team which was worse then the people you first call that can't do anything. I was then told I have to buy the better TV if I want no problems. The UN65JS9500. But they were not going to help me pay for. Save yourself all the pain I am going through and buy a different TV.

I did a lot of research before buying this tv. Seemed to be best available currently. However, I am totally disappointed in this Samsung product! 1080i feed coming thru Directv showed artifacts on faces and all wording on tv. I called Samsung and they had no explanation except for settings changes which produced same result. My 8 year old Samsung LN52A tv does a better job w/ clarity and color. The 4k content looked amazing, but, there is not enough 4k content out right now to accept lesser quality picture in normal situations vs better in 4k. I was really hoping this would be the tv I ukd keep for 8-10 years; sadly I will only keep 1 week.

This tv is amazing! The picture is so good, and I love that it's upgradable.

Unable to mount this to the wall as the plastic back on the TV didn't match the holes. Will return to store, but what a hassle to do that. Poor quality control to send it out like that.

Just lasted 5 yrs and started giving issues with the screen .

I had to return to the store, when you watch in angles the picture is poor. I change for LG oled tv and believe me it's much better.
