When the television was delivered the sound bar purchased with it was not included. The delivery and set-up guys who were very good, professional and polite explained that when they picked up the television for delivery the store did not have the sound bar in stock. They also told me that this item was back ordered and were not certain when it would be back in stock. They advised us to call the BestBuy where we purchased the television which was BestBuy in Burlington, MA. I called the store and got the same response that they did know when the sound bar would come in. The sound bar was located in another store 20 miles away if I wanted to go there and pick it up. The sales person suggested that I select another sound bar. I selected one at a similar price and brand. I took the sound bar home had it installed and it works fine. Interesting as a customer I am inconvenienced while BestBuy profits from a sale of merchandise they had on display but was not in stock.

Went to Walmart after reading the reviews and choose the Curve 6700 Series. Got it home and was not happy with the picture quality. Returned it. Read more reviews and went to Best Buy to purchase the Curved 9000 Series based on the super reviews.Got it home and the set up was very easy. Definitely a smart TV. Love the picture and the look of the Curve and the view is good from all angles with this model.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Samsung UN55JS9000FXZA to everyone it offers a great picture with decent sound from a 4K television

The quality of this Samsung is excellent. The picture is amazing, the size is just right. So glad I spent time with the sales associate to learn what I was getting.

This is the best picture quality that I've never seen the only one exception is the 9000 series 65 inch that I have otherwise both sets are s great picture

Bought this tv a month ago. Easy set up. Remote very easy to use. Picture and sound is amazing. Buy this model and you will not regret it. I love it.

This is a great TV. It is definitely the centerpiece of my man cave. My only compliant is that Samsung should have provided a longer One Connect cable.

We purchased the Cuve TV. All of the features are as expected. The only caution is when the TV is off there if a glare that you have to get used to.

When I went to buy this TV, I wasn't exactly sure if I wanted a 3D TV, but I am glad that I got this one. We love having the 3D capabiliies;
