the good: picture quality, sound control, Best Buy service was great, TV set up was easy and understandable. the Bad: I was not told that the Voice control would not work above channel 159! Most of the channels I use are 200 and above, so I can't get them with the voice feature. So part of the money spent was a complete waste. I'm not happy about that!

Great picture having trouble with setting it up but reading manual over and over will get me there.

Great picture but curve feature doesn't make any batter. Impossible to hide the soap opera effect.

I went from a 1080i to the Ultra Hi Def of the curved Samsung 55". I paired it to a Samsung sound bar. The downside was that I was never told I would have to buy a more up to date Stereo Receiver due to the Ultra Hi Def. I chose to purchase the sound bar instead. Overall I am thrilled.

Waited a long time to purchase a curve tv. I've always been a Sony fan, so was hesitant to switch. I wish I would have picked up one sooner. It's a 4K, so HD was on point. Also picked up the Samsung curved 8.1 sound bar that goes perfect with TV. Great combination. Two great products.

Picture is great, but occasionally will freeze up and has to be unplugged to reset.

Good price for a great picture. Could have a better remote.

Picture quality is top notch, curve really makes a difference viewing from different angles. The one issue I have with the TV is the remote, which works sporadically. The pointer can be difficult to use at times. Besides that, no issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend

The picture quality on this TV is amazing! The curved design limits the amount of glare and makes HD movies look almost 3D! The Smart Hub is easy to use and has a lot of apps, although there are still some that I'd like to see added. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

The TV I purchased has been great. Watching 4K media on this device is stunning. I have never owned a better tv than this yet I certainly spent a lot less on this tv than I have on others in the past. Excellent deal,

This TV is simply beautiful. Clean with high resolution. The only thing That bugs me is that the built in audio is lame, forces you to buy a home theater or sound bar. The built in sound mixer left me kinda flat.

This 4K TV has meet my expectations; plus with the curve it feels like a mini theater.

Love this TV‼️ The curved is awesome because you can watch it at any angle. The 4K UHD is superb with great depth. And the smart control is very easy to navigate. Love the easy navigation for the apps. Works beautifully‼️ Samsung just makes a good product‼️

Chrystal clear, starts immediately, colors are so real and the TV sound is good

I was glad I had Geek Squad coverage to help me. I was having trouble trying to figure everything out since it doesn't come with a manual to follow. They came to my home the next day and showed me so many things I would never have figured out on my own.

Easy to understand features and set up is easy. Outstanding picture quality. Curvature of TV helps to view from any angle. Great for internet access and all its features. Including: Netflix,YouTube, gaming and more. A must buy item for sure.

I have 500 dollar tv that works 100 times better than the new modern TV that I paid 1300. It is junk!! Internet speed is slow, half of the app's do not work. Very Unhappy!! Do not buy! You call the Samsung tech to resolve the issue and all they do is give you the run around and never fix the problem.
