After 3 days of trouble free, beautiful picture we lost the picture...Called customer service at Samsung,they tried to restore picture but were unsuccessful...they referred to samsung local service but took more than a week for them to respond...first visit they they had to order parts without a fix...second visit they ended up replacing every circuit board as well as the screen...we tried to just get a replacement TV but Samsung was unwilling...If you buy a TV from Best Buy and have a problem then expect to jump thru hoops...you buy it, you own it ...they should have offered to replace the TV...very disappointed

Not happy with the quality of the sound as the older t.v's

I bought this TV based on some good reviews, but when I installed it, I exchanged it the day after. Theres a lot of judder, and a noticible delay on videogame commands. Also the curved screen just wasn't for me. For a bit more I got the JS7000 which Im a lot happier with.

I love my new tv, it's kinda a bumber that no one told me that there isn't much ultra 4k material out there, but at least im ready for it when more stuff comes out

By far the best picture I've ever had from a TV, the curved aspect truly gives it that "movie theater experience". You won't find Curved 4K TV for a better deal.

This was a gift for my boyfriend for Christmas and It just took over the spotlight. We have now had the T.V. For one year and it has always worked perfectly.

Only had this TV for a couple of weeks,but I am happy so far. Samsung has a good reputation for good electronics. So I expect this TV to last for a long time.

Samsung has replaced Sony as the best television available today. Picture, sharpness, and features are remarkable.

Gorgeous TV. Purchased this for my parents. Their old 32" old heavy TV finally pooped out. So clear that you can see the skin flaws on the faces. Nice buy

Had it 3/1\2 months tv shut down by it self did it twice now get 5 blinking light samsung fixing quick service. Ive had 3 of their tv and all were great i would still buy samsung. Picture is great

Awesome tv. I wasn't to sure about the curve tv at first but it's actually pretty cool to watch movies on. Adds depth to anything you watch. Buy it.!

My brother has one and I just had to get one too! No doubt about it is one of the best TVs I've ever had !!

Great visuals, would recommend getting a sound bar with the tv as the sound can sometimes be a bit dampened

Overall I like the Tv quite a bit. It has great features and a very good picture. The only issue I have is with motion blur. The reviews I read didn't cite this as an issue. The blur is quite frequent when things/people move quickly.

I love the TV..one thing I have a problem is working out the Internet it says connected but doesn't let me play Netflix or YouTube and I know it's not the Internet because if I put Netflix or YouTube on another device it works!!
