I have bought this TV recently from Best Buy. This has been an amazing experience having this TV in the living room, the picture is amazing, wonderful color projection & sound quality is awesome too , specially when you change the sound mode to music. The curve size ensures that the screen is viewable from angular directions in the living room. In one word, this is "PERFECT" and I am so glad that this purchase has turned out like this and I would surely recommend this TV to a friend.

I bought this TV to upgrade my home theater system. I previously had bought a 46" SMART TV but had read and heard so much about the curved screen that Samsung offered. Setting it up was simple and the picture quality is nothing like I have ever seen before. It pairs up nicely with the Samsung 4k UHD Blu-ray player that I purchased also.

I would recommend the tv. I'm disabled and would have liked for the delivery guys to at least set up the tv. All they did was plug it in and leave.

Awesome TV, went out after 6 years a little sad, costs as much to fix as it is to buy a newer TV.. Finally time to upgrade to a newer and better version.

I bought this TV back in 2015. Its now January of 2022 and its still working great. The only issues I’ve has is the software built in for things like Netflix likes to shut off and has to be redone. So to fix that I just use a diffrent source like a Firestick.

Purchased the tv last night at Best Buy, was told I needed a special HDMI cable for the 4K which was $70.00. I hooked up the $70.00 cable and found I only could get channels in the 700"s to play in HD ,the lower channels 1-99 were horrible ! I was replacing this 4K tv with a Samsung 42 inch tv which happens to have all the chnnels in 1080i, this new one was getting 480 for the lower channels. I changed out the $70.00 cable with a regular $12.00 cable and saw NO difference in the picture. This tv will not allow me to connect my Bose 3-2-1 system into it as my old Samsung did. I am not happy with the answers I got from tec support at Samsung. One tec said he could only help me if I has a Samsung Surround system, Had to be a Samsung product...his was bull! Anyway the tv is going back to Best Buy Store in the morning along with the $70.00 HDMI cable. I will not buy another Samsung TV after the experience I had today. I am wondering if my Review will actually be posted..anyway i will be watching for it.

This is a great tv with good sound system. We got this TV on sale and price is worth. Picture clarity is awesome.

Had to purchase two. First one did not work Samsung customer service was awful. one cut off in the middles of a chat. Second one hung up and the third was useless. Was told to take the second back to the store also. Grandson figured out the problem was the remote. The molded plastic was still under the buttons so they could not be pushed. Its a shame when the reps cannot give any logical answer. Just take it back was their only suggestion. Not so easy when you live an hour away and this was the second one to take back. Never Samsung again.

When it work it has a awesome picture. But after a week would keep shutting off and on whenever it wanted. It is boxed up and returning today!
