Not good picture quality

Bought new monster hdmi cables, even had my comcast guy check the wall connection for me. My tv that's 6 years old has way better quality. The motion rate is 120 but it's actually only 60hz refresh rate, so action movies are so glitchy.. Upgrade to the 240 motion rate is a must. I just returned the second tv for the sony 55" 4k. Way better!!

Audio cuts out every minute or so

Totally impressed with the new 4K UHD technology but quickly discovered the audio out to my SONOS Playbar (awesome speaker system BTW) cuts out every couple minutes for 2-3 seconds. Terribly frustrating, especially since I now must REPACKAGE this massive box and get the TV back to BestBuy.

Worst TV ever

As soon as I plugged it in and seen the motion blur and awful picture I had it back in the box and in the car in less then 2 minutes enough said aweful TV terrible picture hands down exactley why I don't buy Samsung 1st and last time . Sony and Lg products so much better

Terrible smart tv
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy this tv. Netflix rarely works on this tv. Help center says the latest update should fix problem but is not available for update over the Internet. ARC function does not work with Sony receiver. Also turns off on its own every 4 hours. Help desk had me turn off Eco function - still turns off. I have called the help center numerous times....no help.

Fuzzy picture

They make it look amazing in the store and i was told my DirecTV would look the same, NO terrible. I had a TV from 2009 thats makes this one look like a TV from the 80s. DO NOT purchase this TV and DO NOT fall for their sales pitches!!

Samsung tv junk
