I only have one problem

When I’m trying to switch the source from say my Xbox to my pc the source screen gets stuck and I have to turn off the tv for about 30 seconds to let the RAM cycle through. I’ve tried changing to the newest high speed HDMI cables and it didn’t really help. Samsung customer service has tried to help but even they couldn’t figure it out. Everything else about it though is awesome. Watching amazon prime in uhd is a huge difference. You can literally see everything. The fact that I have to turn off the tv is annoying, but it’s not the worst problem.

Better remote than 7 series and has SmartThings integration for Smart home. Pair all Samsung’s with Ring doorbells for alerts and video. Great image no matter what we’re watching. Very bright but has settings to dim and adjust when in low light. Ours is in kitchen and handles bright light and darkness well. Great price, easy, smart, checks all the boxes.
