Decided it was time for an update and a little bit bigger picture to fit the new space a little better. As with the old unit, the picture is great. Picture is less jumpy on certain streaming channels while watching sports. Similar interface for apps and menus. Samsung still has a problem with the HULU app. It will randomly exit the app. Not often, but annoying when it happens. Overall a great tv for the price point.

Picture is so clear that you see things you did not know were there. Did you know that popular acts have blemishes on there faces just like everyone else. The system keeps up with hi speed action shots with no problem. Could not have made a better choice on this purchase. Set-up was easy.

This 8 Series model has everything I want in a TV and more. Four HDMI ports and digital audio out and two USB ports connect all my devices. The picture is amazing and it handles 480i from DVDs better than a QLED TV. Buy this model if you want Samsung quality and a 4K experience.

The 55" works very well in our living room. We had a 46" previously. Rhosanda [ hope that I have the correct name] was a tremendous help. There was a bit of problem setting up with Suddenlink, but that could be my fault.
