Amazing system! Thanks to everyone at Best Buy and the Geek Squad too. Although we liked the Samsung HDR 55” there were some glitches for us. Best Buy was totally sympathetic and helped us to find the system that fit our needs. We are so appreciative. *****

Very Nice TV. Easy to use remote, good apps. Never had any problems looking for the apps that I needed. Simply superb picture quality. Of course, 55 inch is big, but I think I should have gone for the 65 inch one :)

After having it installed on our wall by the fantastic Qeek Squad we turned it on that evening and we're amazed at the quality picture on our new Samsung. We are very happy with our purchase and are enjoying very much our new TV all it's wonderful features.

This tv is fast! Loads apps quick and navigating is a breeze. I love how it has Apple airplay and iTunes built in! The only downside is when using the smart remote it tends to turn tv on by it self. I took the batteries out and started using a cheep universal remote and ever since it hasn’t turned it self on. Could also have fixed its self with an update.

This is my third Samsung and I chose this model for an upstairs installation. I needed a TV that would fit on the mantle as we plan on moving in the next few months and with football season wrapping up I couldn't wait. Great Price on a great TV.

Better picture quality than my last tv. Easy to use. Has built in assistance.

I’ve always loved Samsung’s lineup of TV’s. This one is a fantastic option that has a great picture. Also, something I didn’t know, if you have an Apple ID, you can have virtual AppleTv directly on this television without connecting any wires! Love it!

I was looking for a wireless (plug & play) smart television set that was 4K. I came across the Samsung that met all my requirements. The best part was that it came with a built-in "Spectrum" app, which is my cable company. Although the TV is new, it is working well. The only issue is if you are having any WIFI issues, it will of course affect the ability to use the TV.

I already owned another 55" Samsung but it was not an 8 series and I needed another TV for the house and saw a pretty good buy on the one I recently purchased, so I pulled the trigger. I am not disappointed on any level, but have had to fiddle with the color a good bit to get it to my liking. The volume seems quite low compared to my 7 series, that being the only drawback so far.

The Tv is the perfect size for my living room. Picture quality is good and surprisingly good audio quality as well (most tv speakers are ok). The feautures are nice and still need some time to go through all the settings and set to my liking

I have a crazy set up at my office with seven monitors, I decided to get something that had a little bit more real estate. I’m able to go ahead and minimize more windows on a 55”. Very pleased and looking at getting Arther when the time comes.

Overall, the Samsung TVs are bright and good quality. For some reason, this TV doesn't seem as sharp as an older model 4K TV that I have as the brightness seems a bit less. The new remote is a simplified remote with very little features. The pro is that it's very quick to respond. The downside is the limited functions. Overall, it's a good TV and I would still recommend it.

I recently purchased this tv. It was easy to set up. The picture looks great.

Second tv I bought in the last 12 months and I gotta say this was 1/3 of the price of the first one and it’s just as good apart from being 10 inches smaller.. I have it in my bedroom and it is fantastic! Beautiful picture and great sound!

I have an older 8000 series samsung the was over 2500 when I purchased it. I was unsure this one would have some of the se features. Surprisingly it had all the features I was hoping for. 4k looks great and the 5 ghz works great for streaming.

The television has a great picture. However we are not happy with the sound quality. We don”t feel like we should have to attach a sound bar to be able to hear the sound. We have to turn the volume up higher than any other television that we have ever owned in order to hear it at a comfortable volume. We own two other Samsung televisions and have never had this problem.

After comparing the 2020 model to prior years models the new model is actually a lesser TV. Therefore I purchased this model based on specs and "RTING" reviews. Glad I did as the UN55RU8000FXZA is far superior to the new UN55TU8000FXZA model is almost every respect...especially the picture. Shame Samsung is going backwards in TV technology.

Great tv so far, took time and patience to get the picture like I wanted for the different inputs I have. Great game mode that was an improvement over my older flat screen. Really pops the whites and with the right settings does the blacks well.

Excellent sound and picture quality with a simple means of operation.
