Bought this TV to upgrade to smart TV and so far so good. I was hoping the apple TV app would have iTunes app in there too but it doesn't, that's the only thing I wish I could add without having to buy a separate apple TV. Otherwise, works great and love that I can surf the net on it.

4k content is great on this TV. 120hz refresh rate is great for PC and console gaming. Brightness is little underwhelming but sufficient for a hall setting. Sound is decent.

We were pleased with the delivery and installation by the Geek rep and so far we are very pleased with the quality of the TV and are looking forward to many good years of performance.

Great TV...works great in our living room and we like the convenience of the apps, eliminating the need for another box or device to connect to streaming services. We haven’t found a service we use that isn’t supported by an app. The only complaints are in the brightness on some streaming services while viewing in HD modes...the decompression algorithms used seem to cause everything to be sort of dim, especially during low light scenes. I’m not sure if this is an issue with the TV or with the apps (Netflix seems to be one we have the most issues with).

30 days so far and really great picture quality! We have been surprised how clear the picture is. Understand I am upgrading from not even having HD, so this is amazing to me.

I bought my husband this tv for our anniversary and we absolutely love it. He has great picture and everything looks perfect. I haven't played around with everything, but I love it.

If you happen to be someone with hearing deficiencies then this is NOT the TV for you. There is no Bluetooth capability built in to the the unit, and none of the sales persons at the store are able to advise on how I might resolve that problem. Bottom line, my wife loves the TV, and I am not able to enjoy it because I am unable to turn the volume up sufficiently to hear from the speakers, without ruining the experience for my wife. This is very disappointing for me that I was not advised of the issue, even though I had to tell the sales personnel many time during the purchase, "you must speak louder because I am hard of hearing!"

Was looking for a tv for my guest room and have bought Samsung in the past and was happy with them. So I read the reviews on this tv and it is as advertised. Very good tv for the price

Although I bought this TV for my bedroom, I am very satisfied with this devise. It has great color, resolution, and sound. It has surpassed my expectations.

Bought this television as a main screen for our living room. With our 4K player, the colors, contrast and clarity are among the best I’ve ever seen. An awesome value!

The resolution is great, particularly for sports, taking advantage of the 4K. But, screws needed for wall mounting were not included! Necessitated a call to support and 2 trips to the hardware. Not fun. Should have been included. Support said different screws but, only 1 size fits TV.

Everythings great so far, crisp picture, good sound. Only thing is on some netflix shows, the picture gets dark, almost too dark sometimes. But, not every show, which is really weird. Didnt have that at all on our older, smaller samsung which got relegated to a bedroom.

Love the new TV. We’ve owned a wide range brands and sizes of HD TVs over the years. This is the first one that feels like it’s simply a bright clear picture emanating from the wall.

I had no idea I would get so many channels. The picture is really good. Very easy to set up. Service was good at the store too.

Samsung TVs are great and this one is no different. If your looking to upgrade from 1080P but don't have the wallet for it, this is a great buy. Still a little bit pricey for most but well worth it. Especially since I'm coming from the ooooold lcds. I'd recommend.

Looks amazing. Works great. The only thing that gets weird is the youtube app acts up a lot, and if you have game mode set to auto it will turn on your playstation at random without asking. That will freak you out some nights for sure. Besides that the tv is awesome

Recently purchased a 65 inch Samsung TV. The picture is amazing! Very helpful staff at the Portland Jantzen Beach location. Very glad we stopped in to Best Buy for this television

This TV is awesome for a bedroom, love the picture quality and it was easy to place on the wall mount due to not being heavy at all.

I have purchased several Samsung TV’s and the quality remains excellent. This was an upgrade to a larger size. Picture quality is excellent and the Smart feature is easy to use.
