The quality is very good and easy to set up but the only thing I seem to have an issue with is the volume. It seems to be low even when it's on the highest volume. Other than that it's great!

However, one negative is the sound. The volume must be turned up very high...40 ish. I need to get a soundbar. I do have vaulted ceilings, so possibly that is part of the problem. The other issue.....AT&T is my carrier. I have very poor vision and am unable to get sound on the guide and menu, even though I have the accessibility feature and bixby set-up. AT&T says that apparently with Samsung and AT&T together, this can not happen. I don't understand this but I am not a techy gal. I did purchase the Geek Squad 5 year policy on the TV as well....I have not used. Bixby works well a good amount of the time....it can be sensitive.
