Love the built-in Apple TV. I can use my phone to watch anything I want on the screen with just the touch of a button. When I launch my Fire TV box, the remote that comes with the TV is able to control the device. Also purchased Xbox One X and the pairing is perfect. Game mode has insane colors and the experience is top notch. Built-in speakers are good. Lots of great features about this TV. Highly recommend, especially for gamers.

I bought this TV mainly for use gaming via PC and consoles. It has been difficult finding a large 4k monitor/TV with a decent response time, good picture, and a variety of inputs. No TV or Monitor seemed to have everything I wanted so I made sacrifices and decided this TV was probably the best deal for my money considering it was discounted at the time of purchase. My old Samsung UN46ES7100F I was upgrading from had a bright glossy display. The display on this model is dim and matte. I found the colors to look a bit washed out. Some tinkering in the menu made it a bit better but overall, it came at the cost of being even dimmer. This is certainly a TV for dark rooms only. The edges and corners are noticeably dimmer than the rest of the picture. When using this as a PC monitor, it is extremely noticeable. On a better note, the response time of this TV is excellent and is great for overall gaming use. The blacks on this TV are great as well, completely dark with no back light coming through. Nvidia Video Card Users: Freesync DOES NOT work over HDMI with current drivers. I bought this TV hearing that NVIDIA released an update allowing Freesync use. This is for DisplayPort only and not HDMI. This was an extreme letdown and I wish such things were clearer to the purchaser. Also, Samsung take note to add DisplayPorts to your products. I do not like the remote this TV came with. It lacks an input button. I have to press HOME, then scroll over to inputs and switch there. Needlessly complicated. Also, you better not lose this remote because the inputs on the TV itself and laughably bad. Beneath the Samsung logo is an unusable and unspeakably bad way to turn on the TV and navigate. Its like a stick that you can press in and move around. Just ugh.
