Great TV. Just 1 Major issue.

However the Samsung controller I received when ordering the TV would not and still does not connect to the Tv. I tried calling Best Buy but would be put on hold for 30+ Minutes. Hopefully, it’s the remote and not the TV.

Great color easy hookup

These TVs are awesome and easy to install. Sales people were absolutely wonderful. Went to Costco first and they had older models with fewer HD ports for the same price. Will always go to Best Buy first

Only view in Dynamic Mode

And I mean very dark. I would never purchase this TV if the dynamic mode didn't exist. I spoke with 3 separate employees in detail regarding purchasing a 4k TV. Eventually, they sold me on this 55" Samsung 8 Series because of the 120hz native processor. In hindsight, I think I could've made a smarter purchase but again, overall, this is a nice TV.

I have not use it. It was such a great deal. The pick up process was so quick and easy. I checked-in on the app when I was on my way. I even picked it up on Black Friday without any issues.
