However, I’ve had nothing but issues with this one. It freezes, it closes apps on its own and when it freezes, it doesn’t allow me to turn it off with the remote. I have to unplug it. It has a great picture, however. Too bad it has other issues.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with your CU7000 TV lagging. To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.
Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
Finally, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

I don’t know how they determine the sizes. I also don’t like that Samsung places the power button under the TV. If you can’t find the remote it’s difficult to turn the tv off and difficult to make changes. I wish Samsung would make it easier. I liked the remote for this tv. It is slim and different.

To control your TV without the use of your remote control, I recommend downloading the SmartThings App onto your Android or Apple device.
In regards to the size of your TV, please know it is industry standard to measure the TV diagonally when finding the TV size.
