    Very disappointed. The tv keeps blowing out my sound bar and i don’t know why. The troubleshooting videos on UTube were not helpful

    Got this tv and had light leaks all over the edge of the screen! Blacks where not at all blacks, there where more like grays with so much light. Had to return it immediately!

    We bought this TV installed it and the backlighting went out 7 days later. Had to return it. Would not recommend.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung CU7000 TV and for sharing your experience with your TV not displaying properly. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

      1. If any external devices are connected, check all input cable connections

      2. Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels?

      3. Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Source, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources?

      4. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test)

      5. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. The signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception

    Tv took updating immediately after receiving. I had to contact Samsung to get it working correctly.

    Hate this TV ! Bad sound, won’t let me access my apps ! ie. Netflix, Disney+ , Paramount + , Peacock and so on.
