The TV is excellent. The picture and sound are of good quality. The problem of getting the channels I wanted was much too complicated. Samsung has their "TV" listed and some programs are free while others are not. But it was much too difficult to get my favorite network channels. After several days of trying, I did get my favorite network channels and got some of Samsung's channels, as well. The remote took too muh time to understand, and manage. One button may do two or three different things, so pushing it one time brought me to a something I didn't want. All in all, you will need plenty of time to understand and get used to how this all works. It would really help if they had someone come out, set it up and explain how it works and since they made it complicated, this should be free of charge. After you finally figure things out, the TV is good. I'm not sure if I will go back to Best Buy. There was no one in the store to answer questions, so I went on line where there is absolutely no one to assist. It's taken a while and I'm happy with the TV. I think Best Buy needs to do a better job. Below, I was asked if I recommend the item (TV) Yes, BUT ONLY if Best Buy or Samsung sets it up and demonstrates how the remote is used. That information in the information sheet does not tell how it really works.

Decent picture and sound. Slim, sleek appearance. I find remote hard to hold and use (narrow and slippery). The controls on the remote are not very intuitive. No voice command that I have been able to figure out. Ok product for the price.

great clarity and color. The only downfall is the legs. It needs a middle stand which you can buy seperately. Another downfall is that when I switch to Samsung plus the volume is way too low

This is my second Samsung TV. Great picture quality for the price and easy to use remote. Easy set up too.

Crisp clear picture, nice light weight. Lots of options for set up, but figuring out all the menus took a bit of work. Overall great value for the price

Great quality picture. Great colors. Samsung’s Legendary Quality at a Bargain Price. I looked at Samsung’s QLED and the picture was a little better, but the price was double. That’s a no brainer for me. Looks great mounted over the fireplace. Just the size I needed to fit the space so the stone fireplace wasn’t over powered. Mounting it made the room immediately larger!

Bought this TV as a gift for my parents. They previously bought a smart TV and returned it because "it was too smart for them." But this one, they love! It's intuitive and has been easy for them to figure out how to navigate from their cable to their streaming services. Now if I can only get them off the couch.

Amazing TV and good to watch movies and shows and play video games on especially when wanting something clean and clear
