A smart tv that's easy for anyone to understand. Sounds great but I still use a soundbar when I go to my music on you tube.

I bought this to replace a 7 year old $1200 Samsung TV that had a bright spot due to one diffuser cap falling off one LED from the grid array (backlit). I tried fixing it but gave up and purchased this set. If you tweak the settings a bit you can get a pretty decent picture. Im kind of picky so i would say this edge lit unit isn’t as bright as a backlit one but i imagine its more durable. No light bleed issues to worry about either and edge lit is thinner and gives off less heat due to a lower power draw.

TV quality is great for the price. Crisp colors and the smart capabilities are great! Very easy to setup!

Just so you know “open box” apparently can also mean no box to Bestbuy. I received my tv wrapped in wads of air bubble wrap material. Then when I asked if the tv came with remote and power cable I was told it was not included which is what the tag on the tv said. Luckily I found the bag attached to it with both inside. The remote is very worn not at all near new condition and also not the original but more likely from another samsung tv (two of the main buttons dont do anything. Also the bottom area of the tv where the IR sensor and power button are located is dammaged not sure if the is a piece missing or broken but there is some damage there. As for the tv its fine for now no issues so far.

The new TV surprised us with its picture and sound quality. Even though the room is not very big, but the rich sound was able to fill the room easily. The picture quality is excellent and doesn’t strain the eyes at all. The one thing that surprised me most is the internet speed that it was able to maintain. I have another Samsung 65 inch TV which is a couple of years old but the connection speed on the new one is amazing

Nice size, clear picture and the price was affordable. I didn't purchase the 4k HDMI cable yet to see the true definition of all the features when playing my Xbox but even without it the TV and picture is absolutely the best.

I replaced a Samsung with this Samsung because they are very high quality and reliable tv’s. Each new generation gets easier to set up and this Class CU7000 was the easiest. Entering my wifi password was the most time consuming of the whole procedure. My sound system worked flawlessly and my source of programming was just as easy. I’m a fan of Samsung tv’s and I haven’t been let down yet. The picture quality is great and any adjustments and apps are easy to access and install. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
