Great smart TV. With XFINITY, make sure to disable CES on the cable box and the TV. Otherwise the HDMI needs to unplugged and plugged in periodically. Or use XFINITY Stream instead.

We've owned Samsung TVs for the last 15 years or so, and they've always been solid and dependable, regardless of model. Just not thrilled with the audio in the past few purchases. This model has to be turned up quite high in order for my elderly mother to hear distinctly.

Nice TV, but the remote is terrible. Their is no mute button and in order to mute the TV, you have to press the volume button up and hold at the same time. It doesn’t work and it’s frustrating. Also, the remote is very thin and gets lots easily.

It is too smart for its own good. I have had nothing but problems integrating with my Pioneer Surround Sound Amplifier/ Receiver. I had a Samsung 46 inch TV for 13 years hooked up to the same receiver/ amplifier and it worked fine for all those years. With a Samsung Smart TV, I have ongoing problems.

We had purchased the smaller model 2 yrs ago and now we were in need of a new television for a new home and without a doubt we decided to pick up this beauty and it works and fits perfectly. Will recommend.

Great TV, with a great display. I have 2 of these same models and had a lot of screen time with them and am very happy with my purchase.

Purchased a brand new model, got home and discovered that the remote control was missing key components in the battery chamber. Had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with customer service, texting images, before being informed that a new remote would be mailed in 10-20 days. They then mentioned that Samsung had a smart app which could act as a remote. What they failed to mention is that I can't set up my TV with this app and I spent an hour downloading the app, wasting time on it, being data mined, before calling tech support again and discovering the previous individual helping me was incorrect. So, at the end of the day, I still have no functional remote, I lost three hours of my day on the phone for no reason, and Samsung unnecessarily collected a lot of my information - and my TV still doesn't turn on. I wish I didn't pull the whole thing apart and could just take the thing back to the store now.

Delivery was very good in every way. Arrived in perfect condition. Followed the Best Buy unpacking and set up instructions. Result - everything looks great so far.

The Samsung TV is an excellent product with a low price. I went to a Best Buy store and then ten minutes later left with the TV in my car. Thank you Best Buy!

It's only a Samsung for me. Every t.v. in my home is a Samsung. Best Buy gave me great customer service. My questions were answered, which led me to this purchase. HAPPY WATCHING!!!!!

Its a nice smart Tv for the price. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because to get good sound Quality you must buy a sound bar.

Nice tv we had to replace the one we bought a few months back cause the picture was not clear, this tv is gong to take getting some used to as it has different features but it’s nice.

We are very pleased with the tv we purchased. The only issue I have is the lack of a more sturdy stand. We are not mounting it on the wall and the feet that came with it are a little weak.

[Employee of bestbuy] I got this because I didnt want a "dollar store" TV but I also didnt want to break the bank paying for a name brand like Sony. Samsung has been great to me and I love their TVs.
