    I’m delighted with my new 55” Samsung Smart tv. The techs who installed it made it effortless for me as an an older woman. No worry programming for synching! They did it all and took the old tv and the carton also.

    The Tv picture is great but the sound is not so had to buy a sound bar.

    Great smart TV. With XFINITY, make sure to disable CES on the cable box and the TV. Otherwise the HDMI needs to unplugged and plugged in periodically. Or use XFINITY Stream instead.

    It is too smart for its own good. I have had nothing but problems integrating with my Pioneer Surround Sound Amplifier/ Receiver. I had a Samsung 46 inch TV for 13 years hooked up to the same receiver/ amplifier and it worked fine for all those years. With a Samsung Smart TV, I have ongoing problems.

    Nice TV, but the remote is terrible. Their is no mute button and in order to mute the TV, you have to press the volume button up and hold at the same time. It doesn’t work and it’s frustrating. Also, the remote is very thin and gets lots easily.

      Regarding the remote, to MUTE the sound, you need only to PRESS it in. If that same button is pressed for more than 1 second, the Accessibility Shortcuts appear. You can find more information regarding the remote on pages 24-26 of the full user manual. You can also learn how to use your remote directly from your TV. Just go to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide.

    We had purchased the smaller model 2 yrs ago and now we were in need of a new television for a new home and without a doubt we decided to pick up this beauty and it works and fits perfectly. Will recommend.

    The Samsung TV is an excellent product with a low price. I went to a Best Buy store and then ten minutes later left with the TV in my car. Thank you Best Buy!

    Delivery was very good in every way. Arrived in perfect condition. Followed the Best Buy unpacking and set up instructions. Result - everything looks great so far.

    Purchased a brand new model, got home and discovered that the remote control was missing key components in the battery chamber. Had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with customer service, texting images, before being informed that a new remote would be mailed in 10-20 days. They then mentioned that Samsung had a smart app which could act as a remote. What they failed to mention is that I can't set up my TV with this app and I spent an hour downloading the app, wasting time on it, being data mined, before calling tech support again and discovering the previous individual helping me was incorrect. So, at the end of the day, I still have no functional remote, I lost three hours of my day on the phone for no reason, and Samsung unnecessarily collected a lot of my information - and my TV still doesn't turn on. I wish I didn't pull the whole thing apart and could just take the thing back to the store now.

    It's only a Samsung for me. Every t.v. in my home is a Samsung. Best Buy gave me great customer service. My questions were answered, which led me to this purchase. HAPPY WATCHING!!!!!
