    I love the color and overall display, but this is the second time my screen has stopped working. First time I had to get it completely changed out, and now it won’t even turn on .

    Love this new tv. The remote is different but love how it does not have sooo many buttons easy to teach my parents and children.

    Nice tv we had to replace the one we bought a few months back cause the picture was not clear, this tv is gong to take getting some used to as it has different features but it’s nice.

    Amazing!!You can pair it to your phone if you have a samsung.You can mirror it and watch on the tv whatever your doing on your phone.The volume is amazing and the quality of the screen is just fabulous.Recommend 100%

    We are very pleased with the tv we purchased. The only issue I have is the lack of a more sturdy stand. We are not mounting it on the wall and the feet that came with it are a little weak.

    Needed a budget 4K TV for my bedroom replacing a Vizio 55" which blew up (Power Supply). Very happy with my purchase without breaking the Bank !

    Love my TV. Though I always love Samsung. The main hub allows you to have all your services right there or watch the Samsung plus channels.

    Nice picture but the day after I bought this tv it wouldn’t connect to internet. It couldn’t find any internet connections at all (there’s tons usually that pop up from living in a neighborhood). It did return on rebooting but I couldn’t keep this tv with issues on day two. Samsung quality is not good.

    Wasting my time in a small apartment for hanging

    I was told to be ready for the TV and sound bar between 10:30 and 2:30pm.At 2:40, I called The Best Buy hotline-and spoke with the Concierge- Gjodhe, He asked for my tel # in case we got disconnected. He told me he’d reach out to the technician and get back to me. Jje came back on line and said the technician would get back to me within 1 hour. At 3:40 PM, called the Best Buy concierge and spoke with Gjode again..He said we would reach out to the technician again and hold on.He couldn’t reach the technician…He told me the technician would be ther le shortly…At 4:40 PM, I called the Concierge again but this time I got Debbie…she had no records of my order, she told me she would look up my record amd to hold on….well she hung up on me…At about 5PM, I called the Concierge line and this time got Jack…he has my order and tel#, he told me after tellling him of all the previous calls made today that he would reach out to the technician. The call got disconnected…But Jack called back…He got in touch with the technician and said she (Naomi) is going to call me shortly..Naomi called me within a half hour….She told me she’d be there shortly..Naomi and Osh showed up at about 5:30 to hang the TV sound bar…They hung the purchased items quickly and were professional.- they were 5 hours late…I could not leave my small apartment since 10:30 AM ( 7 hours….Is this why I have a Best Buy Membership? What do you think ?

    My review regards Oura ring I purchased for my GF for Christmas and Best Buy wouldn’t allow her to return for different size due to time lapse Unfortunate!
