Great tv but I got an open box

Crazy after a month the tv stop working broke my heart... Best Buy will not help me get the same tv, to bad for your inconvenience that’s easy..

Really Great Products!

The sound bar, BluRay player & wall mount I purchased go perfectly with it as well. I also have only good things to say about the range I bought. Its super pretty and has a lot of useful tools & options for cooking.

The technician from Geek Squad found the root cause of the failure: failed power supply board. The board was replaced two weeks after. Hope it was an isolated failure... My TV has been working fine for one month now. I am still pretty disappointed by Samsung. This kind of failure wouldn't have happened a few years ago. Technology evolves but we cannot say the same about the reliability!

Unfortunately the staff at the location is pretty incompetent they said everything was in the box and it was missing the power cord..... other than that the TV is great

I read all the reviews about it and did not see any bad reviews about it. I have not had any issues with it to this point. I have noticed at least for my placement of the tv that I get a reflection from my living room windows on the screen during the day but that is it so far.

Now i have one remote for all devices :) For a couple $$$ I found a nice IPTV player, thats all I need....... bye bye cable TV - 4K IPTV with this TV.....

Crispy clear text 120hz when adjusting to 1440p HDR not as bright as I would have expected, but carry enough setting options to overcome it. Great colors after a simple calibration. Would definitely recommend as long as extremely high level nits for HDR is not what you expect.
