I went into the store to inquire and was told there is no guide book because it is to save on paper... I feel that is a NO NO since you have to pay to have your newly purchased TV set up..

It’s brightness is poor with the energy saving mode. For $1000.00 you would expect a better product! I have a 7 year old Samsung LCD that performs 10 times better.

I turned this in and replaced it with a Sony. The company that vented 4K and makes all the 4K cameras for the movie industry.

Not impressed with this entry level Ultra HD TV. Very poor performance upscaling. Lots of ghosting and missing pixels. After one night of unpleasant and nasiating viewing I exchanged it for the equivalent Sony TV and a completely satisfied with the quality and interface!

Please know that our typical store mode is showing the “dynamic” picture mode which is very bright. We recommend Standard mode at home environment for everyday viewing experience.
In addition to the display screen, the quality of the image on your screen also depends on the source and the connection.
HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing; and when possible, 4k Content will provide the best picture quality.
The quality of the streaming content depends largely on the speed of your internet, as most content providers have adaptive streaming that would automatically adjust the image quality based on the network bandwidth.
