Nice TV Great Price

No problems so far except if you have a sound bar or surround sound, make sure to go into the sound settings and turn off the TV sound. We kept having the sound cut out periodically until I found thos setting.

Very good picture

Best buy will negotiate the open box price lower if you ask. I'm guessing that this tv was returned because it only has two hdmi inputs which is not enough for most users at this time. Its a great tv if you can get buy with two hdmi inputs.

Remote control is not very responsive, TV won’t let me update the software.

Annoying issues

The problem is that I’m a gamer and yes I game on this big screen because sometimes I like to be able to sit in my couch and play instead of being directly in front of the screen such as a monitor at a desk or something. This TV when using either of the HDMI ports loses picture for anywhere from 1-5 seconds at a time. It usually does when I first turn it on and will do it continuously for about 20 mins. Turn tv on - it’s on for 15 seconds - get a 1-5 second black screen - on for 30 seconds get a 1-5 second black screen on for 2 seconds get a 1-5 second black screen. There is no pattern. Very frustrating. Not to mention it wasn’t that great of a deal when I got it. that’s partly on me I suppose though.

Black friday deal

Though it is 4k the content you utilize with the tv also needs to be 4k compatible. If not, it will most likely playing at 1080p. So far i had no issues.

Chose to set up at home alone to save money and it was very easy it comes with instructions and there is also videos online that help with unpackagaing correctly so you don’t accidentally damage it.
