It's a good user friendly smart TV with 4k resolution. The only disappointing thing was they have reduced the number of HDMI ports compared to the previous series.

So some of my shows I had to mirror screen from my phone to TV to watch on this TV. Also after unplugging it will not remember your Network Settings which is annoying

I have only Samsung televisions in my home because the brightest of the television are in agreement with my viewing decorum. So I made a believer of my sister regarding the Samsung television.

Blur is fixable on HDMI ports but not on apps. Cant hook wirelessly to Samsung sound bars even when it said it could. Not a deal breaker, but would've been very nice to have one less wire!

Arrived defective

One of the screwholes on the back had no threading and therefore the stand could not be screwed in securely. Also, issues with multiple applications not launching as well as the included TV Plus stations not loading. Best buy won’t do anything because the model is “no longer in their system”. Samsung won’t repair due to the replacement part being on backorder. Overall the picture quality is great and the sound is fairly decent (in a small room). Will probably require a soundbar for larger areas. Very dissappointed in the support i have been receiving as neither bestbuy or samsung seem to be doing anything.
