When they setup the TV, we found out that HULU Live will not work on this model. The purpose of purchasing this model was for them to stop using their Firestick since this is a SmartTV design. Also, the price was lowered before the 30 days therefore, we are eligible for a refund. We plan to exchange this TV for Model 7100 in order for the Smart TV to actually work with Hulu Live TV according to the specs of the newer model.

Please know that the NU6900 does feature many advancements to bring you clear, sharp, vibrant picture enjoyment, including PurColor (for millions of rich colors), HDR10+ (for exceptional dynamic range), and Motion Rate 120 (for fluid motion). I am sorry this model disappointed.
