After replacing the broken one I put them side-by-side With the exact same settings one is quality is better than the other. But for the price I truly can't complain.

Also Amazon Prime Video and Hulu would suddenly stop working/playing videos and I have to restart the TV multiple times to make it work.

The technicians who installed it couldn't get my sound system to work with the TV and the sound is off-synch so I either need to mute the TV or the sound system for it to work.
