Great picture bad lifespan.

As of April 5th 2020 half of the screen is no longer lit up and this has made watching TV almost impossible. If you are looking for a new TV make sure you buy at least a 5 Year warranty as you will need it for this TV.

Awesome price but doesn’t do well with wifi

Smart TV not so smart.

Spent 10 minutes doing that only to find out this TV doesn’t work with the APP. I then proceeded with the remote and can’t get any of the TV apps to install because the TV is endlessly updating the “smart hub”. Still can’t get an app to download. Now I’m watching regular tv via cable and the picture is mediocre at best. Definitely blurry motion. Not a great TV for sports. Spend the extra money and get something better. This is a Black Friday bargain basement tv.

Better choices out there

Worked great, for a while...

Disappointed with the blur

Quality not great

Okay, when it worked right.. which wasn’t often

I got this after 2 previous LCDs from them in the past decade thinking it would be the same high quality. This tv was nothing but trouble from the start. 25 months later, it’s officially no longer working permanently. The amount of time spent in the past 2 years trying to troubleshoot, deal with Samsung IT, I’m ready to smash it to bits for fun. It would restart out of nowhere CONSTANTLY, never could get the apps to work for more than a few hours at a time, if I did try to use the smart function it would just freeze the tv. Had to factory reset dozens of times in the two years we had it. Wouldn’t even label it as smart. The firmware and software Samsung has invested in is all trash. Spending 500 on this 2 Black Fridays ago was excited, now I realize it was too good to be true. Spend more money on a better TV. Sadly I’m not taking anymore chances with Samsung and upgrading to a better Sony.
