      Your router location and distance from the TV are important considerations -- having them both on the same floor with minimal interference blocking the signal (like a wall, etc.) will improve connection.     Not a sharp picture

    This set was a Black Friday special at very low cost and as we found out, of very low quality. Picture quality was just plain poor. We tried everything to adjust for color and sharpness but couldn't get it. When we boosted the brightness to see the picture better it washed the faces out. When we tried to increase the color for a more dramatic look the picture then looked smeared. We returned the set for another brand, it cost a little more but it was so much better looking.

    Returned it quickly, after finding a poor picture - almost disturbingly so. The build felt and appeared very plastic and cheap... the “feet” not anywhere close to ideal or aesthetically pleasing. Additionally, the rear plastic grooves or pattern, were also unappealing...(small matter but nonetheless true)

    Tv worked great for the first 8 months then it started turning off randomly without warning. As someone who uses it for online gaming this is not what you want to happen mid using. The power button on the underside of the tv also fell off while trying to up the volume. 2/5 would not recommend.

    You have to buy a 4K DVD player and a 4 k HDMI Cable then the screen is 4K other then that it’s basic

    1 of the draw backs is, it doesn't have bluetooth. I was really dissapointment. Another issue with my TV is, i cannot use HULU, Yoututbe TV. It just keeps loading, and i have read online, since this is a Holiday special, it doesn't have all the options as the other ones.

      Go to Settings > Support> Software Update> Update Now
      Note that updating from the Internet requires an active Internet connection.

      Or you can opt to update the firmware via a USB device.

    Samsung has been a good go to for screens. However, this purchase had a few issues. Dead pixels a week after owning it. Because of the curved back, our wall mount was a challenge (very little detail in the manual). You will need M8 VESA bolts-length depends on your situation, but you must use supplied bolt holders. Set up software was not very user friendly. Returned the unit for an LG.

    This TV is a waste of my money. The remote control is way to small for us older people to easily use. It is useless for accessing cable and smart functions. I hate the fact that there is no longer a swivel base on it. I am absolutely disgusted with the product.
