    I purchased this TV, looked great in the store. After 1 day the TV wouldn't find any WIFI networks even though our WIFI was working on other devices. Also, the colors are very light with the side viewing angle. I ended up returning the TV and getting an LG that I'm happy with.

    Poor cheaply MADE 4K HDTV

    TV was great for about a year and a half until there appeared a small thin black line on the screen display, but it would go away eventually. Fast forward to about another half year and the black bar would not fade away and another appeared which darkened half the screen. Spend the money to get a better set.

    After looking at others on the samsung site and seeing I have the same issue I am issuing a BUYERS BEWARE. If you buy this TV you must get the extended warranty as from my own experience along with seeing other's post this TV is not lasting 2 years. Its such a shame as I really enjoyed the TV before then.

    When you turn the tv on you have to wait a minute or 2 so the screen can be more clear.

    Poor quality for a 4K tv. I can’t scream Netflix without buffing every few minutes. I returned the tv and got Vizio 4K E-series for the same price. I like the vizio tv better.

    Bought this TV three years ago now my house screen is dark and a half is light Display did not last not a great purchase it seems they are same issues with similar problem Best Buy to return the money back or how the consumer get discount on a new product

    This tv was purchased brand new in November. It’s now August & half the tv delays when panning, it started really slightly but it’s gotten worse each week until now that’s all you notice about it. Very weird, I’ve never seen a tv do that before. Wish I had gone Visio from Costco like all my other TVs.

    Initially worked great, then a couple months later the sound issues started to arise. The sound just stops working requiring to change channels to get the sound back. Also makes a loud thud noise when unmuting the TV. Would not recommend.

    Apparently there is a backlight issue with this brand. The backlight went out just shy of 2 years and geek squad warranty expiration. Screen went black! Very disappointed! Cost to fix is close to $300. I thought Samsung was top notch. I was obviously wrong!

    Bought this set recently for just under $400. Since my last two “high end” HDTV's both developed problems within two years of owning them, I thought I'd try something cheaper this time around. In a nutshell ..... this down and dirty Samsung has a really nice picture. Accurate colors, good contrast, and a crisp picture. The simulated 120hz refresh rate does create a strong “soap opera” effect, like 3D, which can be uncomfortable so I set it to its native 60hz refresh. Menus are simple and inclusive, although the sound equalizer is only available in the Standard sound configuration. The sound on this set is okay for most situations, but can sound very muddy and muffled with some dialog. After trying everything, including switching from Bitstream to PCM, I finally ordered a soundbar. Again, it's not horrible, but my wife and I both are uncomfortable with its lack of high and midrange response. The rear facing speakers, standard on virtually all of these sets, are part of the problem. So, overall, this is a lot of TV for the money. Very nice picture quality, user friendly menu, and adequate inputs make for a true bargain. The sound quality is my only complaint ... but that's a very common complaint with many flat screen sets, so it is not unique to this inexpensive Samsung. Definitely worth the price, and I am happy with my purchase.

    Stopped working few weeks after one year (the manufacture warranty) had file a complaint with Samsung. By the way, this happened to me two times. last time with a Toshiba computer which stopped working two months after the manufacturer warranty. so ridiculous

    Its honestly such a good tv in terms of both, sound and picture quality. I purchased this back in 2018 and the screen recently started to turn black. I have to look for a new tv now and am more than likely going to go for either this exact same one or something similar and bigger. It's overall an amazing tv and would definitely recommend it to others. Its perfect for an apartment!

    Got this tv on a black friday amd I cannot tell you how many movie nights have been ruined because the tv black screens every time we try to use our Prime Video services. This also happens on the Netflix service as well

    Worst Tv I have ever owned in my life. You can't update any app or download or delete anything. It's basically not a "smart" tv. Best buy came over to try to fix it but the problem its still there, they made it worst actually. Just get another model trust me on this.

    The video apps on this tv would not work. Netflix was the only app that would play videos. All other apps malfunctioned and would not play video or audio.
