    Usig Sling is a torture in this NU6900. My older tvs work better than this. Resolution is not even that great. Bad purchase.

    The TV locked up constantly and we kept having to unplug it to reset it. Needless to say, it went back to the store.

    Horrible! Sound kept going out. I read reviews everyone had the same complaints. THANK GOODNESS I BROUGHT GEEK SQUAD. Apparently it is the Model of the tv that is the problem!

    If you want a garbage TV with invasive Samsung Tc software, go for it. The TV has a great resolution, but the fact that those samsung softwares can’t be removed is a total pain.

    A black spot appeared on a part of the screen in less than 2 years of use, I called Best Buy and Samsung and they said I no longer had a warranty

    It's cheap for a reason. Tv went out a year and a half after purchasing and they only come with 1 year warranty, don't waste your money on this

    Didn't even last 1.5 years. Great when it worked. However, a part of the screen just went black. Very gently used and was not in any stressful environment.

    We were out to find a good TV for under $500 and originally went with the TCL Smart TV because it had stellar reviews and Roku built in, plus it was only $350. When we got that home we set it up and immediately became disappointed by the picture. It left a lot to be desired and we realized at that point that picture was more important to us than a TVs smart functionality. We returned that to Target and made our way to Best Buy to search for an alternative. We've had good luck with a smaller Samsung in our home and we are constantly comparing the picture on that TV to all our other TVs. We opted for this one at a great price, just $50 more than the TCL we went with. We do not regret our decision. The picture on this TV is great. Clear, sharp, vibrant and very similar to our other Samsung that we are always so impressed with. Apparently the refresh rate is 60 but we can't notice any issues when playing sports games. Cannot comment on the sound as we immediately connected to a soundbar. Unfortunately, the smart functionality on this TV is virtually useless. We stream via DirecTV Now and opening that app and navigating channels on the TV is a painful process. Navigating any menu on the TV is very slow and non-responsive. Not a big deal for us as we'll just continue plugging in our FireTV and not using Samsung's smart TV platform. If you are looking for a great TV at a low price with a great picture and don't need to rely on its smart functionality then look no further. If you are buying a TV for its smart tv features, you should probably keep looking.

    We have LOVED this TV but it NOW has a Dark Shadow down the Right side of Television, it is down whole right side of TV. Only 1 & half old.

    Have a crack screen had total protection but it doesn’t cover the tv I purchased in July...don’t bother with it go to Walmart
