    I bought this TV because I loved the quality and image. I have had it for 2 weeks (connected and using it) and I tend to continue to have ussues with it connecting to wifi or to keep connected. I have have called Samsung, Spectum (which seemed to be the issue) and nothing is wrong. I spend so much time and money getting this TV and it is inconvenient for me to go to the store and return, it took me for ever to get it hone because it will not fit in my car.

      Your router location and distance from the TV are important considerations -- having them both on the same floor with minimal interference blocking the signal (like a wall, etc.) will improve connection. You may also want to try wired LAN, if possible, since the connection will be faster and more reliable.

    I love this TV it even has better picture than the 8100 I bought last year. You can beat the price and quality. Sure it does not have some bells and vissels that the other ones have. This TV picture is amazing. It works extreamely well and Geek squad did a great job installing it. I have had this TV now for 6 months and it still amazes me how good the picture is. I can watch sports and regular movies and it's amazing.

    Let me first start with saying I try to be very fair when it comes to reviews. If I have a bad experience with the store, I do not let that reflect the review of the product. I am also very shocked that I am on here giving this product this kind of review. I throughly researched and read reviews of this TV and over all it seemed like a good TV. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case for me. I am on my SECOND (more than likely going on THIRD) of this TV. The first TV would connect to the WiFi, however, it was very slow and glitchy. In addition, after 24 hours, it would not recognize a connection to the WiFi without resetting the TV. After calling Best Buy’s customer support they connected me to “Geek Squad”. “Geek Squad” diagnosed it as a “bad WiFi board” and recommended that I take it back to Best Buy as eventually it would completely go out and would ultimately render the TV useless. I took their advice and took the TV back to exchange it for a new one (same TV, just swapping it out for a new one). This process was an absolute nightmare, but I don’t necessarily blame Samsung for that. It was more of a issue with Best Buy. After receiving the 2nd Samsung TV, it has worked GREAT for the past 3 days. However, this one has started doing the same thing as the first one. Very slow & glitchy, and after 24 hours it will not recognize the WiFi connection. The TV has to be reset to get the WiFi to work. It is both concerning & annoying to be having the same issue on TWO brand new TV’s.

    Astounding Picture and Sound for the Price

    It's a Samsung, so I expected quality. However, this TV exceeded my family's expectations, especially considering it's not terribly expensive. The picture and color are astounding. The sound from the TV speakers is respectable. This is a great TV if you want something better than bargain-basement quality but don't want to spend a ton of $$$.

    Too Dark!!!

    I was excited to upgrade from a smaller 10+ year old Insignia. I am not overly impressed with this tv. I have used a multitude of settings, but the tv is just so dark even in a dark room. The dynamic setting washes all of the faces out making them almost discernable. The custom settings are a little better. Overall I personally have a hard time watching the tv as it strains my eyes. My old Insignia was much more vibrant and easier to watch. I will be taking this set back in hopes of finding a tv that works for my space.

    I gave it 3 stars because the picture quality is good. Other than that, you can't delete their built in apps which is extremely frustrating. And when you try to load them, they don't do anything at all. I thought it was my network but nope, it's the tv. I literally just bought it like a week ago and it doesn't even play the apps. I bought Samsung because I thought they were a good brand and reliable but I'll never buy a Samsung TV again. Ever. In all fairness, the picture is sharp but there are so many designer flaws with this TV it's not even funny. You can get a sharp picture with another brand, just get something else. Not Samsung. If I had the box I'd take it back. I added a picture of Hulu just loading so you can see. Amazon Video does the exact same thing.

    I’ve read many of negative reviews online on this tv. I have to say I was alittle skeptical after I first purchased it, but after having it a week and watching varies movies and shows this tv is great! The picture is crystal clear. Great product. Only complain is this cheap remote it came with..that is trash

    I just got my bf this tv as an early christmas present. He plays a ton of red dead redemption and i can not believe how much better the gaming is on this tv. the picture is incredible!

    This is a good TV when it works however they don't last long. We bought 6 of these for our work and yes they ARE on 24/7 but they have only lasted a couple of years. so far we have replaced 4 of the original 6 that we bought

    I bought this tv because of the great price and good picture. I was completely disappointed when I couldn’t use the apps—Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. The tv won’t connect to my internet, and I even upped my internet to make sure it was strong enough. Called Samsung and they keep telling me it’s the internet; called the internet and they keep telling me it’s Samsung. Have a technician coming out to check on the tv—hope they can fix it, or I’ll be returning.
