    this was my first 4k TV and it's handle until I got a vertical dark bar in the middle of the TV. It's not noticeable with dark pictures but when you're watching something with brighter colors or something that has a well lit scene it becomes pretty noticeable.

    Nice quality picture, good sound and wifi works great. Unfortunately it's only been a little over 3 years and there is a dark section in the middle of the screen. This is my 3rd Samsung tv that did not last long.

    Minimalist TV

    Beware! This is minimalist TV. There is NO way to connect your headphones to it (either Bluetooth one or with a 3.5 mm jack). The TV has a USB port but it doesn't support an USB Bluetooth dongle. To my request what to do with it Samsung gave me an answer “TV model that you have does not come with the 3.5mm jack so you can connect the Headphones to the TV directly, however you can connect it using a adapter which has male port of Digital audio out and female port to plug the 3.5mm jack you can get these adapter in any local electronic store. Also there are no tested information on it so it may or may not work.” If I do not find an affordable solution to this idiotic problem of Samsung making I may take it back to the store. And the TV has only two HDMI ports so you you have a choice which two of the three devices to connect (cable box, blue-ray player or computer). Plus they give you choice, which of the two to connect to the USB port: a keyboard or a mouse (like you ever dreamed about that).

    It was a nice tv when first purchased but the picture went out and wasn’t even two years old. Believe I was sold a used or refurbished tv.

    Tv doesn’t work correctly

    Bought this TV yesterday for the Black Friday deal and it’s obvious why they have a deal going on. The picture is okay and OS is slower than our model from two years ago. My biggest complaint is that the TV literally will not turn on after it’s been turned off, unless I unplug it and replug it back in. Now I’m have to package it up and bring it back to the store to get a refund. What a complete waste of my time.

    Tv great smart features not so much

    The TV needs to be disconnected from power and restarted constantly and every time app is downloaded to use smart features. Stream/cast features seldom work. I'm running a Roku smart stick to use features that should work without.

    In-TV Apps stopped working after 3 days

    We were so happy for the first 3 days. Then all in-TV apps aren't able to play for longer than 2 minutes without freezing and needing to restart the app. Online forums show most people with these Samsung TVs have this issue due to cheap wi-fi cards installed. Therefore, no fix will work permanently. We worked around the issue by installing a roku device - clearly NOT an internet speed problem or the roku wouldn't work either. So if you purchase this TV, add another $100 for additional roku/apple tv (or similar) device to your bottom line. Wish I read that before purchasing I would have chosen a different brand for sure.

    I bought this TV a few days ago and have tried numerous times to get a clear satisfying picture to match my old Vizio TVs picture. This is horrible. Not clear at all. I read all the reviews and thought from seeing the beautiful picture on other Samsung TVs that I would be happy camper but I am far from it. I do not recommend this set to anyone. Nothing clear about this piece of crap.

    Awful. Lookup reviews outside of Best Buy about Samsung TVs having problems streaming, too. We bought this TV so we could stream and not have to use our PS4. It's been nothing but problematic. Will not work half the time, and the other half it pauses to load. And we know it's not the internet, because everything else works fine at the same time. We've even bought an extender for the wifi. Will not be buying another Samsung ever again, and will not trust Best Buy reviews.

    Screen gave out after one months use

    I purchased this 55’ Samsung during Black Friday after my old Samsung of 11 years gave out. I have only had this tv and used this product a little under a month when a grey vertical line appearsed in the center of the Tv. I checked all connections, unplugged it, but the screen is defective. Unacceptable!

    Will stay away from Samsung TV's From Now on

    After one year the left side of the screen burned out and then the right side burned out after a couple more months. I even had the LED strips replaced and found that the left side actually melted parts of the pieces in the TV. The repair with the new LED strips lasted all of two weeks before the left side burned out again leaving me with a dark half of a screen again.

    My sound doesn't work randomly sometimes and half the time the streaming services won't load. But it works fine in my bedroom which is farther from the router so I know it's the tv. It's frustrating when you want to watch tv on your living room but can't. It's basically an expensive paper weight. Wil be returning this tv

      Your router location and distance from the TV are important considerations -- having them both on the same floor with minimal interference blocking the signal (like a wall, etc.) will improve connection.     Broke in 2 days

    I purchased this TV last Saturday. Within 2 days the picture started flashing on and off repeatedly for the first 10 minutes it is on. Then it works normally. Returning it before the 14 days it up and it’s to late. Very disappointing for my first Samsung experience.
