Love this TV. Great for gaming and movies. I dont regret my purchase.

I was very impressed with the TV, I bought for my wife's birthday. Price was perfect, and TV went beyond expectations, until tonight not even 18 days later gray pixelation clouded up the top part of the screen. Now picture hurts my eyes when viewing and I will be forced to return for a replacement.

Great price for the size. Miss label boxed lead me to the wrong purchase. Sales person over sold the tv but the picture is great

Was a little nervous because it was an open box but the TV has not let me down. Havent found any scratches like the box said

I like the pixel rate, it's almost 3d! I like this TV & it's options.

This is worth for money. I would like to recommend this for anyone.

Learn my lesson about buying lower performance electronic , after 2 years, it gave up!

Make sure you get the Best Buy extended warranty. The bevel of the tv started to detach from its base. I called Samsung and they want to much money to fix the problem. It is a great television, but the piece of tape l put on the bottom to seal the tv to the bevel is unattractive.

I would reccomend people to best buy! Everyone should buy one!

I must say that I am unpleasantly surprised with this Samsung TV. I started having problems in February 2020 which is a year and three months after receiving it. The tv will just shut off without me doing anything. If you try to increase or decrease the volume, then the sounds goes completely out. Next the tv just shuts off. I have called tech supported at least three to four times to no long time avail. Samsung Tech supports logs in to the TV and it will work for a little while and then it will just go out. If it was not for that, then I would be very satisfied with the TV. I truly did not expect this out of a Samsung TV.

I wouldn’t buy this tv for anyone it sucks the volume sucks and the picture is horrible!!! When I use the remote it takes atleast 5 seconds for it to connect. And now I’m catching hell trying to connect the speakers. I thought Samsung was a great product! But no will never buy one of their TVs again!!!

First and possibly the last Samsung TV I’ll ever buy. Always bought Sonys and had a Bravia 1080p that’s at least 15 years old. Still works perfectly, but I decided to upgrade to 4K territory. Bought this Samsung on Black Friday 2018. Died yesterday 11/10/20 almost 2 years. 1/3 the screen went dark and there’s also a dark strip in the middle of the screen. Piece of junk. Bought another 4K to replace this one, but this time, I went back to old reliable Sony.

This product started having a black shadow casting over the center of the screen and then it began taking over the left side of the screen no more than 2 years of being used. Apparently this is a well known issue with these lower end Samsung tvs. However it was a great tv before this happened.

Great TV... for 2 years Just over 2 years later and suddenly developed a bright spot on the screen, 2 days later a thick black vertical line in the middle of the screen, later the same day one half of the screen is black. A little bit of research shows that this is a common problem so I called Samsung to see if they would offer any type of repairs. Samsung would do nothing for me.

I bought this TV on 10/30/2018. Its is already dead. Samsung support says there have been no known issues with this model and advised me to just buy a new one. I see multiple one star views all having the same issue on here. Well, I for one will no longer be buying Samsung televisions. Less than a 3 year life span is just ridiculous.

I have been looking for a tv for a few weeks and had my brother help me do some research. I decided on this Samsung, which I purchased on 11/17/18, for different reasons. I have always liked Samsung products. The BF price was a good deal for me. I was excited to get the tv home and set it up. That excitement didn't last long when I learned, the tv does have Bixby built in it - however the remote that Samsung provides with the tv is not Bixby ready. There is no microphone in the remote and the remote isn't Bluetooth. I called Best Buy and spoke with the manager and he told me, that I would have to upgrade to the next tv that has Bixby on the remote. He did suggest getting a universal remote that has that feature on it, but he wasn't sure if it was going to work. This is more of a Samsung issue then a Best Buy one, however the 4 stars are for Best Buy not making it clear to it's customers that yes the tv has Bixby, but with the remote that comes with the tv, it wont work. Using the voice control was one of the main features I was looking forward to using. To me the picture of the tv is great, its crisp and the colors look great. I am not a tv savvy person, which is why I had my brother help me, but I think the tv looks great and I really like the picture. While watching a movie, I did notice I had to turn the tv volume up real high to get loud. I haven't had a chance to play with the volume, but plan on doing that in the next day or so.

This TV will work well for about a year (coincidentally the same length of time as Samsung's warranty) then it will die. Two separate backlight sections on mine have stopped working in the last few days.
