The colors and how vibrant everything is- just out of this world... but my love for this TV ended very quickly.As of late- I’ve had nothing but issues with the WiFi. I have other Samsung tv’s and this is the only one where the WiFi cuts In and out- apps load and freeze constantly. I made sure the software was up to date. I reached out to Samsung and their solution was to unplug the tv for 30 seconds and plug it back in thus resetting the tv. I shouldn’t have to do this every day I want to watch Netflix, Vudu or the Spectrum app. I honestly feel like I wasted my money on this TV.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung 55” NU6900 4K Smart TV. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing WiFi connection issues.
Your router location and distance from the TV are important considerations -- having them both on the same floor with minimal interference blocking the signal (like a wall, etc.) will improve connection. You may also want to try wired LAN, if possible, since the connection will be faster and more reliable.
