Our previous Samsung had a great picture and sound quality was better than expected. When the picture went out, we debated on what brand to go with. Comparing the picture side by side with comparable models of other brands, the Samsung seemed to match up. When we got it home, we were really impressed with the sound quality. And the updated features means it integrates really well with our Samsung Blu-ray player. After 3 months we’ve been really pleased with this model and the sale price at Best Buy was great.

TV has nice picture and better quality than than the cheapest models There were some in store that had nicer picture but cost twice as much . Overall I feel it’s a good tv

The 55” was at a very handsome price compared to 50”. The picture quality is great. It’s 4k. Tv is slim and fits perfectly on my tv stand.

I’ve had this tv for roughly 6 months. I purchased it when my old tv finally gave out, and was hectic at first for it being a smart tv but so low in price. I thought at first it was a high end brand that wasn’t as good as the name, but I’d like to say it turned out to be a good investment especially for a college student myself!

This was gifted to my in-laws. They loved this TV. It has everything they wanted, from smart TV enabled settings, to great sound system.

Bought this TV out of tax return instead of making payments on a curved TV. Saved slot of money for a really great picture quality.

Very easy to setup. Great for the price. No audio/video cable adapter on the tv. Good color.

Very quick to come on. Excellent picture. Sound was not good as received but was able to adjust it to acceptable. This TV is in an exercise room so top quality sound not required. My only complaint is that sometimes when the TV comes on with Netflix up at start, the TV seems to struggle to pick up WIFI. I have a Roku at this location since prior TV was not “smart”, so I can switch the source to Roku and get Netflix immediately that way. Really should not have to do that though. I paid less than $400 pretax for this TV so I consider it a bargain - but I generally don’t have any issues with Samsung products.

We’re 6 months in with our Samsung tv and it’s great! Awesome color and sound! This is our first smart tv and we love having all our apps on the tv ready to go! It was easy to set up and it’s easy to navigate from one app to the other. My only wish is that iPhones could screen share/mirror with Samsung TVs, but we may get the the Apple TV adaptor yet. Overall great tv! We recommend!

I bought this for my parents as an upgrade and it has a great picture. It keeps them up to date with technology and they enjoy using a smart tv. Highly recommend.

Great picture on TV. Very easy to set up stand and program out of the box. Tv looks great from all angles. I always buy Samsung TV’s.

After researching what tv would be a best overall 4K tv to replace my 43” 1080p Vizio this tv could not be beat for the price . I debated on this 55” or the 7 series 65” in the store . Now that I have this tv setup for the size of my living room the 65” would of actually been a monster ! Best Buy let me know whatever I was to choose wether it be the 55 or 65 that if I am not pleased with it in my living room that I can take it back with no problem in 15 days ! Great place to buy any investment item from !

Quality of picture & sound better than expected and features are easy to use gift for son in law he loves watching the games on it!

I got this TV as part of Black Friday deal and this TV didn't disappoint me at all.Its a great deal and watching Netflix in this TV a wholesome immersive experience. On flip side, It has only 2 HDMI ports which not sufficient for me for my Amazon fire stick, Sound bar and gaming console. I had to use optical cable for my sound bar, which makes me to use separate remote to control sound bar volume. Rest is good

Love these tv’s. They’re “smart” so when you’re “connected” you can stream from many different apps. Easy to use and configure

I bought this Samsung 55" smart TV for our living room because our other Samsung TV died AFTER 12 YEARS!!!! This TV has excellent HD picture quality and we love the fact that it's a smart TV. very good value for the price we paid. Sure, there are TV's with better quality picture, but we bought this TV on sale for $399!!! Can't beat that, besides, we didn't want to spend $2000 on a TV. We're very very impressed with the picture quality and the sound, happy we bought it.
