I was watching Netflix when these lines appeared on the screen, and the picture started flickering. I tried turning it off and on, and unplugging it. I live alone and nothing has touched the screen. Working with tech support and nothing is fixing it. Now one of their service techs has to come out to look at it.

Black Friday Deal on 55" Samsung LED 6 Series

It was an upgrade from my older Samsung LCD, but after looking at the model one step above this one, I returned this for the upgraded 7 Series for $80 more. The picture quality was much sharper on the 7 series than this one. If you don't mind the difference then the 6 series should be good enough.

Please know that the NU6900 does feature many advancements to bring you clear, sharp, vibrant picture enjoyment, including PurColor (for millions of rich colors), HDR10+ (for exceptional dynamic range), and Motion Rate 120 (for fluid motion). I am sorry this model disappointed.
