I decided to buy another Samsung because my last Samsung TV lasted for 12 years! I am hoping I have just as good an experience with this one. It has a lot of great features, sharp picture and I am very happy with it so far.

When the picture came on for the first time, all of our jaws dropped with how clear it was! Great TV. The only problem I have with it is that it lags just a little when pushing buttons on the remote control. I also wish the SMART features had more apps like Roku does.

I am continually amazed by the color and clarity whether I'm watching standard TV, HD TV, or PPV. The smart TV connection makes everything seamless. Then I think about what I paid for it and I'm even happier! Thank you!

This is the first time buying a smart tv and I love the ease of operation with this television. The like the large screen where everything fits the screen exactly. I would recommend anyone to buy this television.

This was the black Friday deal at Best Buy and although this TV is probably at the bottom of Samsung's tier, it is still one great TV. To top it off, it was only $400 and well, it's really a deal that can't be beat!

Upon first glance this looks like any wide screen TV. But once you see the clarity and the ease of use, it certainly stands out. Great picture, great sound I recommend this Samsung for anyone interested in a new TV

I use this TV in my office at home. Easy setup... and was able to access all my my tv apps... Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Disney +. Easy to use... great picture.. great sound

Can’t be more satisfied. The picture is great and menu navigation is great. Only knock I have is the hdmi inputs are limited to 2, so needed to buy an attachment to hook up my other devices to the tv.

I love this TV. It was the easiest set up I have done. No issues with it. It is light easy to mount on the wall. Picture is great. Sound is load. Price great. No cons.

Great price. Got it on a door buster. Picture quality is excellent. We are using it for a dual purpose computer monitor and TV. Switches very easy between the inputs.

I'd give this TV 5 stars but Samsung's software choices are always something to be desired. Their Smart View app doesn't work with newer TV's for some odd reason, only 2017 units & older. They want you download their Smart Things app and create yet another account. Tired of creating accounts for every device I buy. Would like OEM apps to just work on my own network with out having to sign in to anything! I think most people might agree too many accounts gets to be a pain. Not everyone has google or Facebook accounts to use for sign ins. Besides that, the TV is smooth operationally and has a sharp picture. I would be nice to get just a plain non-smart TV and just plug a Roku or Apple TV into it which has way more choices than you'll ever see in a smart TV. Which is what I do anyway. I avoid the "smart" part.

Gifted this tv to my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves it! Perfect size for his room. I have an older Samsung smart tv and let me tell you have they improved! I’m thinking about upgrading myself.

very nice picture and very easy to use. The applications and hook up was very easily instructions to operate. Samsung Is a very easily to operate and excellence pictures and sounds was excellent.

Got a 50in LG tv had it for a week when I seen this samsung 55in went back to best buy and had no trouble with the upgrade has a Great picture easy to set up and better price all around great tv.

Even though this isn’t the latest model, the picture quality is solid if you use your tv for basic channel watching. Would totally recommend purchasing this for the price that it is set at.

The only gripe I have with this tv is that the mounting screws that are required to attach it to the wall are much longer than those that came with my mounting hardware, and I had to visit Lowes in order to correct it. Otherwise, moving from a 40" to a 55" and 3 generations newer on smart tv technology comes a long way. Better picture, no waiting times to connect to the internet, and lots of content available makes this a great entry level 4k tv. Another hdmi input or VGA port would have been nice though, because 2 ports is not adequate for many setups. Also there is no component audio out for older sound bars, it is optical or nothing.

Needed a new tv after my plasma died after 12 years of service. This Samsung fit the requirements and upgraded me to a smart 4K tv. Easy to set up and get running. Looks and works great.

Bought this tv when it was on sale. Great picture whether It be 4K or HD. Turns on and off quick. And the smart hub is actually fast. Faster than any other smart tv I had. Very quick switching from Netflix to Hulu. No buffering. Internet connection is very good. No need for external streaming device. The ONLY thing I found to be an issue is it only having 2 HDMI ports. Which is fine now realizing how fast it is. I don’t need my Roku plugged in.
