HDR platform is HDR10+, which is better than standard HDR10. I already own 5 Samsung sets, and bought this one specifically for my livingroom wall over the fireplace. Hung myself using a studless tv mount and all set. Some lag when using the remote, but, because I paid less than $400 for it, no major gripes about the TV at all.
