My son bought this TV last year and, after working through the issue of having the TV turn on randomly on its own, has enjoyed the quality of the picture. He continues to have some issues with the connectivity of the soundbar to the TV and my hope is Samsung has corrected this with this year's model. I will be giving this to my husband for Christmas and if it performs as well as the Samsung we are replacing I will have no complaints.

Let me just start by saying I’m not a person thats big on electronics. My husband is but I’m not. For me a tv is considered great if the picture is clear. The end. We upgraded from a standard HD Samsung tv only because our tv started to give us problems and showed signs of aging. This tv does so much and we have been living in the Stone Age not having a smart tv. It’s does everything and the picture clarity still blows us away especially when watching movies it’s better then sitting in a movie theater. Great purchase! My only compliant is the max volume is not loud and we definitely have to purchase some sort of sound system to fully enjoy the tv. My husband and I huge movie watchers so to really enjoy the movies the picture has to be great but so does the sound. On the max volume it’s only half as loud as our older make Samsung. We still have a older make Samsung in our bedroom and the volume is super loud compared to the newer tv. Again that’s our only con. We considered buying this tv for a while and it it went on sale and we’re happy we finally decided to do so. Awesome tv!

The TV is very bright and supremly clear. Very easy to set up. It used my Samsung note and the smarthings app to set up the time, location and my Samsung account. We bought this TV because we cut the cord and use direct TV now for streaming. The one problem is that the direct TV now app is not fully functional yet.

My new Samsung 55" QLED is absolutely the best tv that I have ever had. It was easy to set up, it is easy to navigate and you can view the screen from anywhere in the room. Two minor things I think could be improved are the printed instructions and more than just a digital optical out. Awesome purchase!!!

Tv is great. Super easy to use and set up. Great picture and can easily toggle between inputs (cable, Netflix, blu ray,etc)

The built in internet browser is a nice extra. You can pair numerous devices with this TV. I do not see any upscaling with the HDR for any older DVDs or your regular cable provider signal. You can save $500 by purchasing an earlier Samsung 4K model. I recommend this TV when the price comes down.

This TV has great color reproduction, amazingly bright whites. Hdr content looks the best of course but normal content gets a very nice boost. The thing that makes QLED shine is that the Green and Red do not have a blue tint to them. Normal LEDs have a blueish hue to them. Which makes a big difference.

I am loving this TV. The picture is awesome and it looks great on my wall. I thought it maybe too big to put in the bedroom but it is perfect. I can’t wait to watch The Game of Thrones on it. I would recommend people to buy this TV while in stock and on sale. You would not regret it, I don’t.

Awesome tv, great for gaming. Only downside is it is not 2.1. If it had that it would be perfect!

Though the instructions are lacking on what some of the settings do(picture quality wise), and fully utilizing the remote to get the full use of the hidden programs and settings, this a great tv.

super super impressed by this tv. i use it primarily to stream youtube tv. looks amazing. i also recently saved up and got an ultra 4k blu ray player... you have to see it to believe it. i know 8K may become more and more available as time goes on, but this tv is pretty sweet for the price.

Coming from a tv I had for about 10 years, i was blown away by this tv. 4k looks stunning even if the movie isnt in 4k the tv will adapt and play it in a high quality resolution. Also a great gaming tv. Tv will turn to game mode when it detects your playing on a xbox. No complaints here

I wasn't sure that I would notice the difference in picture quality compared to less expensive models...but I have to say this tv is amazing. The picture quality is so much better than I had hoped for. People who come to visit can't stop talking about how much better our tv looks than theirs.

Great T.V. Easy to set up and use, Really dark scenes still suffer, but less than other leds.. Bright and clear picture..

Beautiful picture. Deep blacks and vivid color. Can't wait to see football on this. Action movies are great. 4K still limited but as content increases viewing will be better and better. Good sound but with sound bar even better.

This is my second Samsung TV. Much improvements in this one. The picture is crystal clear. And surprisingly sound is awesome. I compared the sound of another deidacted sound system with this TV's sound alone, and I must appreciate the sound quality of this TV with bass & clarity.

I used to think 1080p was as good as it gets. Now with 4K there's a very noticeable improvement. I can't imagine the human eye could see much more detail than this. Hope it lasts as long as my 12-year-old Panasonic Viera plasma TV that's now being stored as a back-up.

Great tv, love it. Thought the size was going to be too big, but it’s not. Kids were jealous of us having such a nice tv. Color very good. Haven’t had any problems except for the picture size. Not sure why it keeps changing.
