Great picture! It is our first smart tv and we find easy to work

Great picture. The smart app works with voice and is very quick.

I really like the Picture Quality on this TV. I have not been able to take advantage of 4K because I have not hooked up the proper device. I currently have cable hooked up to the TV and it looks fine.

This TV is awesome! Impress with the clarity and vividness of the color. Little bit of a learning curve on how to operate and use all the functions but after a few weeks it was a piece of cake.

Beautiful design; love the remote. Packaging was sturdy and minimal. The graphics are amazing! Great for gaming or just watching movies/streaming.

This Q6 rivals the Q8 we purchased for the family room. Excellent picture quality. Also might use the available set-up help. Not a simple task. These boxes are sophisticated. Worth it.

I still feel for the quality for televisions, is still Samsung. My previous one, was still working strong for my many years, and decided to upgrade size and picture.

Looked at countless TV's before deciding on this Samsung. Bought it because of the OLED picture and my wife and I are very happy with it! The picture is amazing! Very simple to navigate through the app selections, and set up instructions. Better sound on this one, but still room for audio improvement. Matching Sound bar is a must!

I was really torn between the Sony X900 and this TV. I am very happy I chose the QLED. The picture is phenomenal and it works well with both Google home and smart things on my devices.

The picture if beautiful, the profile is slim and light. Connects easily with my Pioneer receiver and the on-screen setting controls are intuitive. Great TV for an awesome sale price.

The picture is incredible! Intense color. Very pleased

First off The SDR content on this TV looks bright and beautiful that being said when you watch 4k content it is also very sharp and beautiful, however when you watch 4k with HDR it leaves something to be desired it looks dim and some colors are washed out . But I will hand it to Samsung there OS is one of the best out there

For the price, this might be the best TV I've purchased. I have 6 TVs in the house ranging from $200 to $4,000 and this one is SUPER nice, sharp and has great features I MUST buy

Purchased this TV at a great price ($799.00) in early March. Loved the picture quality and features of this TV as I own other Samsung TV 's and love them. I had the this TV exactly one month and out of nowhere and for no apparent reason the TV went into a continuous start up and shut down power boot loop. An internet search turned up many threads but particularly one found on Samsung's own community forums. Apparently this problem goes back two years and still running. It appears as though the boot loop problem affects many of their TV models, but especially the QLED TV's. I contacted Samsung support ( because I didn't have a geek squad warranty) and their only suggestion was to unplug the TV and power it back up. Although that eventually got the TV back up and running I find this unacceptable as a long term solution so I definitely wasn't impressed with their support. Thank goodness Best Buy has a great return policy for Elite Plus members. Although I had thrown away the package the TV came in they still accepted my return and help me exchange The Samsung to an LG OLED TV. I would have loved to have kept this TV because I love how the smart features in Samsung TV's are designed plus this TV fit perfectly on top of my fire place mantle as I only have about 10 inches in width to work with. I really wanted to keep this TV but after reading through all of the forums and threads of this ongoing problem and knowing I didn't purchase a geek squad warranty which was dumb on my part I just couldn't risk it especially with Best Buy not giving me any hassle to return and exchange the TV. I think Samsung's are the best TV's out there but this is a major problem that they know about and have not fixed. Until Samsung acknowledges this problem with their TV's I will not be buying their TV's. I sure hope I have better luck with my replacement.

Great looking TV. Easy setup. Need a sound bar though

Really enjoying my 55” Samsung QLED tv. I didn’t believe how much difference it would make going from a 50” to a 55” tv. Very pleased.

Excellent TV. I am so happy with this TV. Easy to install and amazing picture. Sound was OK. I just bought a Samsung soundbar (450N) and it makes it like a movie theater experience.

Love this TV, mainly bought for gaming, gives the best possible picture and its so bright and colorful. Connected to an Xbox one X it gives the best picture i have ever seen. Love it.
