I'm planning on getting the 65" instead. Qled looks beautiful for games.. TV and movies look good but just a little step up from my LG 60UHD6055 LED..
I think this is perfect for gaming...
Colors are Beautiful, brightness is perfect on HDR, as my last TV, hdr was too washed out. But this Q6 colors are beautiful and bright.. The o e thing I hope is that they release an update for HDR GAME MODE,which sucks that it doesn't have it.. And it doesn't switch automatically to HDR, u gotta manually switch but it does switch to gaming mode automatically ... But all with time updates will roll out.... Great Qled..

Decent TV I brought back in 2019. I Still have it. I mainly use it to play Xbox. The quality is good but technology upgraded a lot since then.

The TV has some of the clearest picture quality I have ever seen. The smart features and being able to use your phone to set up remote capabilities is great. Especially for the ones who lose it or may have a constant battle over remote 'control'. Lol. The set up is really easy and it walks you through it without difficulty. The size is just right but would also consider going larger in my next purchase.

OK, 1st let me say that I "loved" my 2 plasma TV's that this TV replaced. BUT as we all know plasma TV's are no longer available. I researched TV'S for weeks regarding which brand to buy. It finally came down to which of the top TV's I could get the SPECTRUM app with. Although I went into Best Buy for a for cheaper SAMSUNG model the sales me got me to "up" grade to the QF6 series (double the price I was planning on spending). Now if you are watching anything in 4K the picture is stunning. Even the "up-scaling" normal signals are very good. But as I told the BB salesman, I am into sports or movies. Hence my upgrade to the QF6 model. "It's all about the refresh rate or motion". LOL, don't let anyone kid you, I can't speak for all 4K TV'S but this one has NOT reached the Plasma TV refresh rate. My guess is nobody has.
Now don't get me wrong I am still giving this TV 4 stars, regarding ease of use, remote control, picture, apps, start up/set up, etc..It just didn't replace the motion rate vs. plasma.

I bought this 4k tv to replace a five year old vizio that was only 1080p. I have a very big iTunes movie collection and with the release of the apple tv 4k I thought this would be the perfect time to upgrade. I did the usual amount of research through youtube and the internet was looking at a few brands that were at a similar price point had a certain amount I was looking to spend no more than 1100 dollars. Besides the movie watching I also am a gamer so being compatible with my xbox one was also very important to me and what I mean by that is it must have a game mode with a low latency. And the samsung tv's have always worked very well with the xbox dating back to the xbox 360 days. It was time to go to my local Best Buy and look at each of the brands Vizio, LG, Sony. My first question to the sales associate was witch brand or brands have the highest failure rate because my first instinct was to buy what I was familiar with witch was a Vizio but after seeing reviews online and talking to the associate that was not going to happen with the high failure rate. The Sony on the other hand was a great tv from all the reviews I saw on YouTube and online and price wise was right at my budget. But there was a problem it was great at everything except gaming it had a very high game latency witch was surprising considering the PlayStation is a sony product so that was a dealbreaker for me. Lg also was not great but a little better than the Sony with its game mode. So I chose the Samsung and have been very happy with it and am really impressed I waited and got it on sale I was a little mad at myself for not getting the Sony during black friday sales so I did not want to miss out on this great tv. The built in smart tv functions are good to have but my apple tv 4k is my main source of 4k content and Logan looks great as well as Days of Future Past. I would gladly pay full price for this tv after having it for a few weeks but getting it on sale was icing on the cake so do yourself a favor and give this tv strong consideration for you next tv.

Nice upgrade from KS9000

When I decided to start looking at possibly upgrading my UN55KS9000 I was 90% sure it would be another Samsung. So when I saw the Q6F for $300 off its normal price I started doing some research. Well after alot of reviews reading, forum browsing, Youtube videos, and 2 trips to Bestbuy to check it out in person I bought it.
After getting it all set up and testing it a few days I have to say its definitely a worthy upgrade. And its $800 less than I paid for my KS9000 a few years ago. The picture is outstanding. I did some side by side comparisons of some Netflix 4K HDR and the Q6 is much better.
One of the main reasons I was 90% sure it would be another Samsung is because I love Tizen. One of the salesman tried to steer me towards a Sony for some reason, but I just do not like Android TV. I love their phones, but just dont like Android on TVs. I love the way Samsungs Tizen OS handles sources. I have A LOT of things connected, and use two separate 3 port HDMI splitters to connect all my consoles, PC, Directv, etc. And the TV handles all the sources perfectly. I dont have to change any settings, or even rename them. It just works. And the same is here on the Q series. Tizen looks a little different, but is overall the same in 2018. And since I was already using it on the KS I didnt have to learn anything here. Even the remote is almost the same.
I also like the overall looks of the TV for the most part. The front (the important part) looks great. Very slim bezels and almost all screen. If I had to nitpick I do not like the look of the back. It looks like cheap plastic (which it is). And the lines look funky in my opinion. I do like the cable management system, although with all the cables I have connected its impossible to hide all of them. But I am not wall mounting so no big deal here.
The motion handling, and input lag in gaming mode is amazing as well. Games are so smooth and look great. No lag at all.
If you are like me and am thinking about possibly upgrading a KS, or similar model in my opinion go for it. Its well worth it. For me it has been a great decision. Highly recommended. Thanks for reading.

This TV was an upgrade from a regular HD TV. I did a ton of research and this TV always came up as one of the best 4K smart TV’s. The picture is just amazing. If you watch nature shows you will be blown away by the color and the picture quality. I will warn you that you will be spending time trying to configure the TV to get the picture just the way you like. You will find a ton of info online about configuring this TV in a way that matches your viewing habits. If you mostly watch normal TV shows and movies you will configure it way differently than if you watch tons of sports. Be prepared to spend time getting it just right. I really like how easy it is to go between all the apps. You just hit the home key on the remote. We mostly watch Dish and Amazon Prime Video. My son watches gaming videos on YouTube. Very easy to bounce back and forth between them. Even my wife figured it out!!!! I will say I didn’t really like using the universal remote for Dish Network watching. The Dish remote is easier. I can’t really speak to the speakers because we have a N650 Samsung sound bar attached. Buy the way, the sound bar and TV work very well together.

My love affair with Samsung televisions began with the old Samsung Touch-of-color line a decade ago. Ever since then, I only purchase Samsung TVs. This model is easy to operate, responds quickly to source changes and application launches, and has a great, quality picture. Setup is simple and 4K UHD HDR is beautiful to look at. I now host all of the TV-viewing events.
I only have two minor complaints:
1.) The universal nature of the remote means there are too few keys on it. I use the cable box remote to operate the cable box when watching TV because it's quicker.
2.) When receiving input from the cable box, the TV sometimes stutters every few seconds. It's probably unnoticeable to most people. This is not a problem with the TV but an issue with the broadcast signal from the station, but the reality is you will be using your TV with the cable box.
This product is a great option for anyone looking to get a new television or consolidate their many streaming devices into a single television so they don't have to fool with all the external devices.

Got this TV for myself during Black Friday deals and couldn’t be happier. The picture is incredible and the smart apps make the need of an Apple TV or fire stick irrelevant. Easy to use and no issues setting the tv up at all. Definitely recommend

I love this tv. Almost everything about it is perfect. But I do have some qualms. It looks greats, cosmetically and what comes out on the screen. It’s sleek and thin. My blu rays looks awesome, my ps4 games pop and even my Nintendo switch games play great. I watch Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime and even YouTube videos on here. The YouTube is really cool because i can connect YouTube from my iPhone and play it on screen. Really easily. My problems stem from all the bloatware they put on the tv. They have some apps and ads that I don’t particularly like. Sometimes I move them so they’re not in sight but then they pop back up. I seem to have it under control now though. Still a little annoying. The last thing is the control. It works pretty well but I feel like it’s too sensitive sometimes. I accidentally mute my tv all the time because all you have to do to mute is click on the volarme control button. And then I also sometimes accidentally press other buttons and it will switch source or go to sleep mode. Like I said the buttons are too sensitive. Maybe I should be more careful but it still shouldn’t be that sensitive. If I could I would rate the tv a 4.5 out of 5 because regardless of the little ticks it’s still a superb tv.

Overall this is a great TV. I was very impressed with the colors and picture adjustments you could choose from. The speakers, I don’t believe, have gone over 1/3 of the total volume since we’ve got it because of the ample amount of sound. I am definitely pleased with that! This tv is used in my kids playroom but I wanted something a little nicer that I could watch from time to time. I was going to go with the model down, 8000 series 50” , but I was informed that the 120 refresh rate from Samsung was not a true 120 and I needed to go 240. Please research this if motion rate concerns you because this is very deceptive on Samsung’s part, hence the 4 star rating. Not to mention I can still notice an ever so slight judder...possibly because the of the extremely crisp colors imitating motion blur combined with Samsung’s motion rate? I am only comparing this to my Sony XBR850. Overall, I prefer the motion rate of the Sony which has, and advertises, a true 120 native motion rate. To get the same size Sony you are spending over a grand though, and that wasn’t happening. I cut the cord and we are streaming everything. We have been doing good so far with streaming on the Samsung and all the features are very easy to use...including their voice control “Bixby.”

The picture is amazing. The features are so convenient and easy to use. I love how quick it is to pair with other devices you may have (I have a soundbar, use my iPhone, iPad, MacBook). Very happy with the soundbar I got to go with it. It’s a beautiful look for your home as well. The remote app on your phone is ok. It’s not amazing so I don’t use it much but it’s nice to have. The mirroring function seems to only work with other Samsung devices.
Sound on tv is just ok so definitely get a speaker to get with it if you like to listen to music and the game loudly, like me

TV is excellent for the price point. 4k, HDR, Qdot tech really let the colors pop and the cinematic experience is fantastic. Along with the $100 off Samasung soundbar deal I got, i have no complaints whatsoever. I can sit back and watch my 4k YouTube vids,Netflix movies on here after a long day of work and feel satisfied with the $1000 purchase and no regrets. Gaming with the xbox one x in full hdr 4k with games like red dead redemption 2 and battlefield v look absolutely amazing!

Got this TV for a great deal, replaced a 10 year old Samsung and couldnt be happier. The picture quality on this is amazing and I can finally hear dialogue in movies without having to have the sound effects shatter my windows. The setup is simple, especially if you have a Samsung phone.
My only complaint is that you cant get Playstation Vue for a TV service..so I'm stuck with cable until they do. Now I know you can get Vue through your PS4, but the whole idea of getting a smart TV is to have to have less crap hooked up to it. Lack of PSVue isnt enough of an issue to drop the rating.

This is the first QLED tv I've owned and didn't know what to expect. After unboxing and the quick setup it was instant wow right out of the box. While it was instant wow I went to picture settings and set them to my liking. There are 4 or 5 viewing modes and I have learned you have the ability to adjust each setting and the settings are saved for each viewing mode which is cool. Still learning about this tv but it is the best picture quality I've ever experienced. The all in one remote will work with all of your HDMI source inputs which is really nice.

this tv has an excellent picture. it is sharp, bright and great for watching sports. it offers great app selection (even apple tv app) in its app catalog. I love the remote it controls everything that I have connected, the sound bar, tivo, xbox, and the remote is very minimal in design. I have noticed that the wifi adapter isn’t extremely strong so i just setup one of my mesh wifi nodes in the same room problem solved. the tv mounts nice on the wall and is very thin. overall i am completely satisfied with this purchase.

This TV is pretty awesome! Still learning everything it can do. The remote can be programed to operate my DirecTV box (not sure if my previous tv remotes could do this). You can speak into the remote to change the channel. The picture quality is pretty nice too. The settings are a little different, but nothing too difficult to utilize. Overall I am pretty impressed with this TV.

This TV was a great and easy to set up. The one thing I would say against it would be for gaming. The motion rate is too much for normal consoles. You will definitely have to mess around in the settings and turn off as much of the advanced motion rate as possible. There is also a grey tint along the entire edge of the tv which could possibly be edge bleed but I'm not currently 100% sure. Will update if my issue is resolved.
