Decent TV, feel letdown overall

Cons: Grainy with Amazon Prime, I have Spectrum Enterprise for cable TV. I am using Wi-Fi for TV connectivity. Also, I tried to use it with PS3 and I played call of duty: ghosts. I must say that the screen appeared very grainy to be honest. I installed smartthings on my iphone, but apparently it is asking me for CODE which I have never received. So, there any particular color settings which I should be using. I am still within 15 days of return time and seriously thinking about returning this TV.
