Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q6F. I am sorry that you are not happy with this model's 40W 2.1CH Dolby Speakers and Woofer. This TV also features Dolby Digital Plus to optimize your entertainment experience with enhanced sound richness and clarity.
Please refer to page 97 of your User Manual, "Configuring a Sound Mode and Expert Settings" to choose from Standard, Optimized, or Amplify sound modes that might better meet your audio preferences. Advanced settings to configure balance and equalizer are also available, as well as adjustments for HDMI input audio format and digital output audio format should you have other audio devices connected.
