Part of that could be me and the learning curve to make the appropriate adjustments. Otherwise, works well.

Say they are not 4K compatible yet. Then why did they sell me a 4 k tv? Sales person asked what we watched most. I said cable movies. He up sold me from what I was considering. Not impressed at all. My kids cheap regular led is much better. Wish I could afford to throw this out and get a cheaper model

The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer the signal is to 4K, the better it will look coming out.

It's no OLED but also half the cost. Sound is awful so make sure you get a decent soundbar for this one.
