Nice and clear resolution

NOT for Sports

For example: during a football pass, the ball would temporarily disappear. If you don’t watch sports, could be an excellent purchase for you. We returned this TV after 2 days.

Smart TV not so smart

Had to get an Amazon Fire stick for apps as the TV will not connect to Samsung Network. Techs tried more than one TV. They said it is an issue with Samsung’s programming. So I cannot use any of the TVs features only the Amazon Fire APPS.

Good Picture, Internet Connection Issues

I’m in the middle of a Netflix show and the streaming will pause. No other electronics in my house suffer from this. Other than that, the Tv works fine. The picture quality is very good.

it's a learning experience

I am pretty electronically adept but it takes a while to learn your way around this smart tv because the manual is an electronic version and it is fragmented and difficult to maneuver with the remote. I regret not going with the Sony.

This TV is absolutely the worst!!

After a week having the TV, the picture began to lag/twitch when watching (Charter, Netflix, Hulu, or DVD) I contacted Bestbuy and they told me to upgrade to a better HDMI cable. I went online purchased a Rocketfish 4k ultra HDMI cable and it did not make a single difference, I contacted Bestbuy and they ordered me another TV (same make and model) this time the picture was lagging/twiching and a ticking noise began to happen while watching TV and after the TV was powered off! I contacted Bestbuy and Geeksquad came over and they didn't know what to do, they went over some TV functions and couldn't figure it out so they ordered me another TV (same make and model). The last and Third TV I got had the SAME ISSUES! it was making ticking noises, picture was lagging constantly, Geeksquad ordered parts for the TV (a main and power) they came over and installed the parts and the TV still had all the same issues PLUS the speakers broke on the TV and all sound was muffled, echoing and sounded just terrible and the remote had issues with turning the volume up and down, the only way to get it to work was to physically turn the TV off and back on. The Geeksquad agents told me they have no idea what the issue is (and the one agent was being pretty rude towards me for asking questions) then he referred me to Samsung, so at this point I had a broken TV for twoish weeks until Samsung told me just to return it to Bestbuy and pick out a different one myself. I picked out a Sony 55 inch 4k ultra 900f series and so far it has no issues and the picture quality is better and the functions on the TV are smoother! OVERALL experience with SAMSUNG TV was terrible, Geeksquad agent was rude. Also Bestbuy didn't even offer compensation for all the trouble and inconvenience they caused me having to take off work 3 times for them to do nothing.

Open box fail

Did not come with a remote. Ordered one from Samsung but we had already returned the tv before it showed up in the mail. Test any open box product before you get everything set up!

Okay TV but could be better

Samsung refused to fix it because they already released 2020 model tv’s. So I don’t recommend Samsung tv’s due to that.
