Ok product, not value for money

Not what I expected

TV is good but Geek Squad failed in set-up.

Sound pops while watching TV

The "popping" seems very random; it can only after only 30 minutes of watching TV or happen after several hours of the TV being on.

Typical samsung

At one time everything in my house was samsung then everything started going out right after the warranty expires, this one was defective right out of the box so I took it back and got the LG. The LG is a much better tv...replaced 2 of my samsungs with lg and couldn't be happier. When you need help from Samsung, their cust service sucks so do yourself a favor and don't buy samsung

samsung has the worst customer service/technicians

Too many issues

A pixel went out within 2 months of me having it and they won’t fix it because it’s not 3 pixels. Also the tv shuts on and off by itself, in a movie it’s annoying but when I’m in a video game it’s frustrating as heck! I would not recommend this tv.

Best Picture Ive Ever Seen

It look great and was on sale and in stock so took it home. Hookup was easy and was ready to go after linking to my wifi and adding passwords for my Hulu, AMZN Prime, Netflix, Directv Now, Sling. Burt Reynolds had just passed so I put on Smokey and the Bandit. As it was coming on the picture was so very clear I asked the wife was there a recent remake of the movie, she said no. I kept watching and the clarity and color was better than at the store. When the Trans-Am pulled out of the trailer I felt like I was standing on the other side of the car it was that real looking. I watched the entire movie in amazement of how clear and colorful the picture was and for a 70's movie to boot. My other Tvs just dont cut it now this one spoiled me. The sound is amazing coming from such a thin tv, even had base to the engine sounds...wow Samsung knocked it out of the park with this one.

The best tv for gaming

Tom’s Hardware is where I got the information that informed my decision to buy this tv. I would definitely buy another if I needed another tv.
